Very Good and politely behaviour by hotel staff, even owner of hotel.Taste of food is good comparing to last 2 yr.I like specially new taste of food,new restaurant.

I have cut two stars.. because I have two reasons...but first of all Hotel is quite good.... according to ara... because in ara no such hotels are their who serve different types of dishes and mocktail...they told you that they provide you but in reality ... its just in menu but...in gaytri you can enjoy mocktail..but today I was not enjoy mocktail ... reason was lack of resources...but cold and hot coffee both are good...I cut one star .. because of resources..Second star I cut because of food....food is oily and I wasnt enjoyed food...my friends were really enjoyed there food.... actually I am foody and choosy person so....I wasnt impressed.

Price worth resturant, test and ambience was also good asper place. I hope owner will maintain the cleanness and service.

Plz dont book this hotel online..they denied check-in when i booked through oyo, saying we r no more taking oyo booking, it is mistake of oyo. anyhow i adjusted in single room with double occupancy n bad service.. few more people returned abusing oyo n hotel guy in front of me. this can b really annoying, as u ll get trapped, there is no hotels near by. The hotel manager is rude, dont know how to talk to customer. Food is highly rated compared to its ambience n taste. over all very bad experience.
