Lovely 3 star hotel. Swimming pool right in the middle of two beautiful villa type blocks of buildings. You get free breakfast in the morning from the buffet. Nice staffs. You can get drinks at cheap price. Its in the village so its silent n peaceful unlike hotels in Panaji.This peacefulness is what I like the most here.

Place is good but network connection is not at all there inside the hotel.also there is wifi only in the restaurant area.

Was here as a private guest. One of the best places to be in.. calm and quite with a swimming pool. The rooms are nice and tidy with an option for room service and there is also a massage spa available. Overall, its one of the best places to be in , cheap on your pocket too..

One of the worst resort every in terms of guest service . They shift your luggage without permission n on top ask u to leave if not comfortable. Neither they have the courtesy to ask the guest if they can shift your luggage. On top they say they are not responsible if you lose something.

Not stayed just looked at rooms for another year. V clean. Welcoming staff. V promising. Hence 5th star in waiting !

Decent Hotel for Stay just 7-8 min walkable distance from Park Hyatt Goa.....You will not find good breakfast here..you have to go out.. Hotel rooms does not have good network connectivity...you always have to come out of the room to talk on cell phone... No WiFi in room you have to sit at reception area for wifi..the good thing is they have got swimming pool :)

Not at all rave.Of the minuses, there is a narrow passage to the gates, and tour operators buses drop off / pick you up on the main road, so the final stretch is overcome on foot, and you can often see livestock from houses in the neighborhood - geese, pigs, goats, etc. For the first time in Goa may experience mild cultural shock.Cleaning upon request (if you left the key at the reception).Drinking water - 1 liter upon arrival, but you can always buy.The included breakfasts are quite dense, usually a couple of hot dishes (vegetables, beans, noodles, scrambled eggs - all with a minimum of spices), tomatoes / cucumbers, bread (they can be fried in a toaster upon request), rolls, cereal, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk; a glass of juice (not fresh) - you need to ask.Everything is quite tasty and nutritious. To order, they cook for a fee (reasonable prices).At the exit to the road - two mini shops with everything you need (water, rum, cola, nuts, sweets, etc.). And installation with REED JUICE !!!

The best place! Of the critics - the beach is far away, but here it is. If the room is not to the pool, then birds and animals scream very loudly. The wifi at the reception is weak.
