Pathetic.....Office timing written is 10 am to 1 30 pmOffice opened at 11 am, waited there for an hourWent there yesterday a little late, they denied to accept shipment, asked to come next day.Asked them for packaging charges as I was delivering electronics, they said they dont provide any packaging, I need to bring it packed securely.When I arrived the next day, a different person was there, he said why have you packed it. I need to see the contents.Show me purchase bill, I need to be sure of the contents. After convincing he said we provide packaging and asked for Rs 250.I was shipping to Odisha from Howrah, they said it will take upto 4 days. Then asked Rs 550 for service.Ultimately I didnt use their service and left to opt another.Not recommended at all if highly urgent.

Though it represents a highly reputed brand, the shop lacks in a decent service. Located on the main road and serves a vast area having lot of offices, Banks, shopping zone ETA with a good demand, the courier office needs a change in attitude. Service is poor.
