Went there to buy a washing machine. The staff in the showroom were very cooperative and I was explained about the products to my fullest satisfaction. The behaviour of the staff was good which made me extremely satisfied.Price is Aggressive and Delivery came the next day promptly.

I went to purchase 2 ACs in 1 ton range. But experienced very worst customer service by the guy who came to show ACs. His pathetic and rude behaviour prevented me buying. He dont know to speak to a customer and below average on explaining things. I havent faced like this service in other branches and hope except this guy other sales persons are good enough.
