The property is good. Comfortable for 2 sharing, but quite small for 3 per room. Rooms are really small, but the whole wooden kind of construction makes it beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and good. Its just 2 mins away from Arambol beach, but a little too far from Panjim and other spots. Lovely hotel, right at the beach, you couldnt possibly ask for more. Its super reasonable, the staff is super helpful and its ideal for families or a group of friends or solo female travellers. Its safe and its close to everything that arambol is known for. From the sweet lake to the lovely Black pearl cafe and several other super popular cafes that are within a kilometres distance

A Serene Nest In The Midst Of The City..I planned this trip after forgetting my wedding anniversary this December. It was really important that the place had to be really up to the expectations and they always exceeded it.This place is hygienic & cozy. Beach and market are at walking yet the resort is full of greenery, peace and silence.Staff here is extremely friendly and helpful yet non-interfering, specially the owner Vivek & manager “Sunny”.They catered to smallest of the requests without delaying or getting annoyed, Great examples are room decoration and early morning checkout.

Samaayaa hotel is a good option if you are looking for a 3 star hotel in Arambol. Liked their wooden cottages.

The resort is 5 minutes walk from harmal beach ...but the property is good.Rooms were very spacious , luxury and ultra clean . resturants just outside the property so you can have many options to eat ... designated parling was an add on ..

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is very close the beach. The room was clean and the food was great. We were three people and an extra mattress was provided on the floor. The size of the room is perfect for two people, however, it’s small for three persons.

Service at restaurant has to be improve. It should have air-conditioning system. People at restaurant seems to be confused about what to offer first water or meal. Management at restaurant should be improved. Main course is ok & breakfast is good.Rooms, service, amenities, environment, location are excellent. Entrance to parking should be improved. I will recommend this resort to my friends.

Its a beautiful cottage, though small one but sufficient for a couple. Alking distance to arambol beach and arambol flea market. The swimming pool is very small. Only a group can enjoy at a time. Breakfast is really nice. And if you are vegetarian I would suggest, fill your tummy before you leave as you wont find good vegetarian food outside.

Restaurant was closed nd we were with kids so bad experience as they couldnt provide any food nd restaurant near property were closed till noon so bad experience when you are with family specially.

A great place to chill in Arambol Beach. A stones throw away from the beach, Samaayaa is yet hidden away from sight and is a cozy, luxurious and relaxed place to be with your friends and family. The food is great, the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. Well worth a repeat visit.

Housekeeping /hospitality is poor.Arambol beach ( fav among russians) is just walking but property is not beach frontRestro taste is good but rooms genrally comes vd no breakfast .It is cheap ( **** as well as food) in terms of pricing Property is small with around 12 cottages .Pool is okay type. Bathroom requires upgrade,beds are queen size - okay for couple but quite small vd one kid -no scope of extra bedYou need to pay price for location otherwise property at 5.5k (peak season ) sounds costly to me.

If its in package then good but if paid then the charges are way too steep and yes they charge 5% extra for room service. Some basic need to be improved by the hotel.. But still will go there again and stay.

Thoughtfully and tastefully maintained property..., very positive ambience and vibes..., newly built wodden cottages..., with a perfect and beautiful swimming pool. front office reception quick and polite. beachis approximately 300-400 hundreds meter away. in-house restaurant is just ok.., but a lot of other options in adjoining market just 50 meters away..

Very small cottages . Staff was helpful . Rooms size was decent although too much noise comes from outside. Wooden cottages leads to some scratchy and tight doors. Mini fridge needs to be added in rooms considering the Goa weather & room rates Kinda last property before beach so location was very good.

Beautiful little cottages just off of the Main Street in Arambol. It was so close to everything, but set back from the main road so it is very quiet and gives you a chance to recharge. Vivek the manager was so helpful to my friend and I and made our stay so pleasant and easy.

Our stay was pretty comfortable. We got in there very early but they managed to give us an early check in about an hour before the usual timings. I had asked them to leave a bouquet as we were visiting to celebrate my husbands birthday and they did a wonderful job. They have well maintained property and rooms. Our stay was pleasant, the only downer is that the food especially the breakfast isnt great and the toilets at the cafeteria were poorly maintained! Their location is perfect - close to the beach and the street market!! We had a lovely time is definitely recommend Samaaya!!

Cottages are very near from beach. There is no direct view of beach but it is situated in very calm and peaceful, dense tree surrounding. Room are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child only. Not for 3 adults. Rooms are made out of pine wood gives very close to nature feeling. Rooms are clean and wel maintained. Breakfast (complementary) was too good and specially tea.

Not a good place for families with children, service is non-existent. Restaurant food is ok with very limited fare, no breakfast buffet. They messed up our order multiple times, was very frustrating even after repeating the order multiple times they would forget part of it or give you something else . As it is cottages are beautiful but small for family of 4. Near to the beach (800 mtrs), with market next to it. Good for bachelors and single persons and people wanting to stay near arambol beach.

Friendly staff at low prices

Good rooms, good location, good service, good food. In short its ideal place with right budget... Mr. Prashant the manager is helpful. The resort has only 12 cottages with attached toilets and shower so not much crowd... As of the pool nothing much but you can take a dip after a day spent in sea... Room toiletries are basic with just towels & soap. Thats it. Parking available for 5/6 four wheels. Its proximity to Arambol Beach and right in middle of market makes it a right location worth your money. Restaurant food is good but as of room service they charge 5% extra. One more thing if you meals are included in tariff then remember the meals are limited. Any thing extra cost pretty high.Happy traveling.

First of all the hotel is too far its only good if u want to see one beach that is arambol and if u want to go for South and north Goa its very far. Second hotel rooms are very small only rooms are clean but breakfast area is very bad not at all clean break fast is very bad and food is very patetic prices are too high third thing is ac is not working in rooms tv is not working hot water facility is too bad and they only provide one time one soap and two shampoo no tooth brush nothing drinking water facility is out side the rooms we have to fill our own bottle they never clean our rooms daily after we check out that time only they clean light goes always there but they have generator facility.

Goa in monsoon is priceless and time at Samaayaa and the pool in it was beyond relaxation with great seafood from the kitchen.. I have got a place in Arambol am gonna stay every time I reach Goa.. U cant miss sweet water lake and d treck from there ro rop of d hill.. 👍👌
