Located at a very remote area (Aarakodu village) of jungle, the resort is an ideal choice for nature lovers, friends and families.The 90 min adventurous drive from Kotagiri to Aarakodu through tough and steep roads is worth a lot as the road ends at a very remote and picturesque village sorrounded 360 degree by mountains. The chances of spotting wild animals are very high in the route and also near the resort.The resort is well maintained with big dining area, food was very tasty and the service was too good. The resort staffs belong to that village, were very much supportive and courteous. They took us for a memorable and adventurous trek through coffee plantations (about 6 km, moderate trek) into the deep jungle where we could spot a few wild animals.

Good location for people who love to stay in forest and to compromise on more hygenic facts. Good homemade type of food. Road to the resort is narrow and wild animals may be encountered on roads, so take more cautious while you drive.

Stayed in Kokode resorts for more than 3 times.. Stay was excellent all the time and the food they serve is always lip smacking. A fantastic place to stay within your budget and it is worth the every rupee spent.

Very bad! One month before I stay there for 3 days its very very expensive!..... And location is very bad road facility is very bad... If u are going by car surely I guaranteed Ur car will be damaged! Promise be aware friends.... They cheating their customers servents are asking tips highly .....TV is not working. Heater is not working worst experience my home town is Chennai .... Its really Very very expensive

I keep frequenting this resort and Ive never felt bored. A great place to get disconnected from our busy lives and spend time (quality time as you dont get mobile network in this place) with nature.Courteous staff.Theyve got 3 cottages here.Staying in the container room was a different experience.

Very awesome place to stay with friends. It is located into a deep forest area. Night travel is very dangerous and Police people wont allow you to travel after 6 - 7pm. Majorly Suitable for friends, there is no network will be Avaliable. Only you can get BSNL signal. Most important thing, there is no shop is nearby, so better buy all your stuffs somewhere outside. Service and food was really extra ordinary. Continuously they were providing side dish and food. The taste was awesome. Service boys were very helpful. If you need a break from city life, go here. Really unexpected place and room.

They have neglected to mention on the website that you will not get it unless you are a party of minimum 5. Neglected to say it to me when I first called. This was only told on follow up, not the first time I called. Why I had to follow up? because there was no response back to the call and email.

One word to say this place is Ostem..The food here you get Is chanceless and the service with fire camp and place with adventure... Guys please dont miss this visit atleast once and best for family trip ...
