So nice to get great service. called into the store today the male assistant was really friendly and gave both myself and my hubby good info and advice on the most suitable trainers for us. my size wasnt available and he tried another outlet for me. we will definitely be back 😀👏

Great outlet store for my preferred running shoes at discounted prices

I am a keen runner and always used the big brand names. While in Antrim I tried the ASICS store. On entering I was approached a gentleman his name was Marcus. He was extremely helpful and offered his expert advice as he also ran marathons and was a keen runner. His help, advice and patience was second to none. I didnt feel rushed and he helped me as best as he could. Very curtious and knowledgeable. A lot of stores cant offer this. Thanks Marcus Ill definitely be returning and recommending my friends 10/10

I completely understand the staff not offering a fitting service during covid but how does that stop them from even offering a little bit of decent customer service? Called today and couldnt have gotten more unhelpful or disinterested staff. Very disappointing

I was in junction one last week , was recommended to ask for Marcus as apparently he is a runner and keenAthlete! I’ve recently just taken up running and Marcus found me the perfect trainers ! I was a little nervous about going in but he made me feel so at ease , I absolutely loved his manner and customer service . Can’t wait to visit again and don’t mind driving the 50 odd miles just to visit this store . Thanks again 🙌

I would grade them no stars if I could - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!I feel traumatised by the whole experience.I bought shoes from this store for my son and the sole split within a week. When I took them back to the shop, the male shop assistant, was unpleasant and accusatory and said that the fault was mine. (My son was simply walking on a flat surface when the heel came off the shoe .)The assistant, Marcus, was rude and dismissive, proceeding to serve the people in the queue behind me while completely ignoring me. His intimidatory behaviour to a woman on her own with a child was inexcusable: Asics should be embarrassed and ashamed that a loyal customer should be treated this way in one of their stores.

I recently decided to start jogging/running. To say I was nervous about starting was an understatement as I was not sure what type of trainers/clothing I would need. I called into Asics last week and was warmly greeted by a member of staff who I now know is called Marcus. Marcus is an amazing member of staff with great experience and knowledge about the range of Asics at Junction one. He immediately put me at ease and was very patient with explaining the different types of trainers etc. Marcus is a very keen runner and was able to guide me too the right apps/programmes to help me start my running. It was nice that he took the time out of his busy day to help me rather than in some shops were they just want the sale and no help! Thanks for all the hints and tips!!!

I found this store to be well laid out with a good selection of leisure and sports related products available, not only this one to visit but a wide variety of shops available at this out of town Outlet Shopping Centre which is in the process of being extended to include TGIF and McDonalds. Also of course there Is the Cinema to visitLoads of free parking available here and well worth visiting.

Went to buy new trainers on Saturday and very nearly bought the wrong ones, the very helpful staff member Marcus took time to ensure I bought the correct trainers! Excellent customer service and I will definitely go back. I will recommend others to try the store and to ask for assistance from Marcus! Delighted with my new purchase. Thank you

I tried on a variety of shoes, but they all feel like seconds. They just didnt fit right. So Im not sure about shoe quality. Staff are helpful though. Prices average between £60 - £100.

I dont believe l have been in this store before today. That said l feel it was bright and airy, staff tidy in appearance, inquiring if they could help without being overbearing and allowing one time to choose. All sale goods were well displayed.The coloured lighting complimented particular goods and items it had discounted.This sports shop should do well the Christmas, we live in a very competitive marketplace.

Brilliant shop and the wee girl that served me on sunday was a joy, for her being so young she knew her stuff and helped me right on a few things so well done her and that people is how you serve a customer

Decent range of items. Prices for last years running shoes are good value, if they have your size. Staff helpful enough but were definitely a bit short handed when I was in two weeks before Christmas.

First time Ive been in the store, very impressive range of products which all seem to be at reasonable prices. I will have to go back and perhaps get fixed up with a nice pair of trainers.

I bought a set of GT1000S here and they were like hard plastic. I had an older pair and they were much better quality. Not the same shoe at all. I know its cheaper but you get what you pay for and if you value your joints get a decent pair

Very clean & tidy store. Unfortunately very minimal ASICSTIGER clothing. Majority of stock all fitness/running. Would be nice to see some of the new lifestyle range - maybe in the new store thats coming will have. Staff friendly.

ASICS outlet store have a great selection of trainers and clothing and occasionally great bargains can be purchased at highly reduced prices, but prices are always lower than normal price.
