Good place

Dear Friends of Google (Maps, review, photos & Local attractions) this place Lolly cafe impresses first time customer with good looks but poor customer service, poor staffs attitude and the lack of quality of food to back it up.Looks can be deceiving and Never Jude the book by the cover holds good for this establishment.No. of Stars removed:1) Chat items are UNHEALTHY! The Go cart or Push cart on wheels is managed by a cook who need to learn about food hygiene and contamination. The Chat cook gave an unhygienic mushroom manchurian (aka chemically red colored Cauliflower) for my cousins. Me and my one cousin chose another dish and we survived. The rest of the cousins were admitted to hospital for severe diarrhoea & vomitting.2) The wait staff or the staff in charge of Chat counter or fresh juice counter do NOT KNOW even an ounce of customer service or the meaning to the phrase Athithi DevO Bhava (अथिति देवो भव). Time to learn the vintage Indian art of hospitality.3) In the fresh juice counter they have Mint Lemon juice and when we ordered one, they brought it with NO mint and did not bother to inform us ahead of time. Even while ordering they didnt apologise for not having mint.

Good ambiance and atmosphere. Cafe looks very neat and clean. This cafe has a sweet and savouries shop too. There is no snacks items available here from morning to 5 pm. May be after 5pm they do have chat items.Tables and chairs were trendy very neat and clean. 12 to 15 people can sit at a time here. Located in annur road near bharathi nagar. Clearly visible from main road. Can park vehicles infront of the cafe.Overall its a good place to just realax and have tea or coffe.
