Worstest service ever.They take money in advance and dont refund it.Finance and technical team is also bad.They dont respond to us on time.They say theyll call us and update the details of the service, but they dont do it.Kindly dont give your valuables to these people and waste your time,money and energy.

They are not maintaing their words of you send your device for service they usually take atlesh 3 -15 days even for a general service and technician goes of by 6pm so you should get your products from 9 pm to 6pm and the owner of the shop doesnt know how much does it cost for a general service they relay on their technician.If your problem is not recovered they charge you ₹350 for just cleaning it.Worst and worst customer service

Worst Service and they dont even respond for any calls or updates during service and charges are high too. Dont go for any PC service related issue to this place.Update: They turned out to be the best fraudsters i have ever seen in PC Service Business. My laptop had the same issue once i went back to office and after i checked out, I found out that they replaced my hard disk with another one which is faulty (They replaced the RAM saying one RAM slot and two old RAMS i have installed as faulty). When i asked about the refund, they tell me that the full refund cannot be made and after standing in front of the office and fighting with them for three hours, i got only refund for the RAM and they refused to replace my hard disk!! ( I lost around 2000Rs!!)Update 2:I tried to fix my laptop and guess what the problem is, heat sink paste. I replaced it pn my own with the cost of Rs.110 and half day of my time. Since they replaced my harddisk, i replaced it with another one and it is currently working very well.Try to do it by yourself or Better go for another service center after reading reviews about the service center.

They are talking nicely at the beginning but they dont offer good service. Lack of knowledge and overly charging us for service... computer and laptop accessories such as adaptors, usb hub , headphones, keyboard and mouse are not quality products.

Worst at all case. Better buy a new one instead going to this fellow. If you service here, it will work like magic in front of them and within few days it will not. You will feel like throwing your system or you will go back to them. Their tactic is charging more for small works and parts, their girls will argue and collect the money from you, and because of the more charges you will partly complete your service in frustration. Timing also not as per comitment, you have travel many times to them. This is my personal experience for many times and realised whats the real problem all are facing. If you pay in card, they will charge you 1 or 2 % extra. I felt very sorry to give the system to them.

Please dont go that shop...they charged too much...and sell spares with out brand packing but ask cost like as brand price...definitely its stolen from other devices if not means where is the original pack?...last week i buy laptop battery they charged 4900 rs ...without brand packing...but sells its a original product from Asus... How dare they cheating...Dont buy any products from there they sell more than MRP price and just says there is no available in market so that its cost high bla..bla!We all educated and do all operations with digital devices so we all knowledged undoubtedly.... Dont step into that shop for any service and purchase product...

I Called them to buy an adapter to connect my Monitor to Lenovo laptop. They said that all kinds of adapters are available and asked me to just visit the store and get it. They didnt listen to what I was trying to say. I went to their shop and as expected, they dont have the adapter and they said they will arrange in a couple of day.I called them again after a couple of days and this time a different person attended the call, but the result is same and this time its even worse.He didnt listen to what I was trying to say and simply said send me the picture of what you want to this number and disconnected the call. He didnt even give the number properly. Since I called to their landline number, I have no clue to which number to send the picture. This kind of attitude clearly shows that, they run the shop for time pass. So dont go there & waste your time.

Great service. I received my laptop after service at a great price and I was completely satisfied.I purchased a printer from this shop its also working good. I would recommend them to anyone who has an interest in the product they are looking at with them.

Fraud service center. They know only how to cheat customers and extract money from customers without doing any work. The service engrs. working there doesnt know anything and do wrong diagonasis of the problem. They will somehow fix the issue temporarily but once you come home, you will get the same issue again in a few days. They will put a long list of equipments in the bill without any proof and charge you more than ₹ 2000. They dont even service the system properly as they dont know anything. The lady sitting at the front desk/reception is a also big fraud. If the actual bill is ₹ 300, she will simply put one zero extra without any reason and she will try to convince you thats the actual bill. Big fraud service centre...would request everyone to avoid this service center for any kind of service. The 5 star ratings that you will find in reviews weregwere by the employees who works in that service center.

Dont give your devices for service here... I have every single proof that they have cheated me. I discovered that they have removed my laptops original parts and replaced with duplicate parts of lower version. They have changed motherboard, display, mouse touchpad and keyboard... Literally everything except harddisk and my laptop body.

Dont visit this place if u want repairs to be done first thing they will ask for laptop and PC to remove the internals and never fix the product and give it back in a way it cant be checked or used again ...beware and stay away

They charge 250 Rs for diagnosing the problem. Basically you pay them 250 when u enter their door step. In my case their diagnosis was wrong and they denied accepting it. They care for sales not for service.

Bunch of looters. They will make you feel there is a serious issue in the laptop and loot all the money.Firstly They will take the laptop and few hours after they will call and say drive has gone, it needs to be changed and ask you to pay 1500/-Even for opening and closing the laptop, they will charge 300-500 as service charge. (many service centres dont ask unless if they resolve the problem) but here even if they touch, they will ask for money ..Totally unprofessional people, inexperienced ladies working here to loot the money.

I was recent victim to them. I had to service my Epson L210 they initially told logic board was issur. But later told head and logic board issur. I had replaced my head of print unit one month before, Epson head unit was new they had damaged and given to me. Dont service with these people as their service girl Devi madam even didnt spoke to me at last these are money minded. Dont service your printer with them.My iD no 24035.

This guys are Gold diggersAm a service engineer in Bangalore for past 4.5yrs came for vacation unexpectedly system did not turn on and checked there was few capacitor swollen so needed to replace New capacitor I told thats it for that they told 1k -2k I thought WDF and again that lady service engineer told sir we will let you know if cost more and I told am also service slightly smiled and told give motherboard go sir I will check let you know, I thought get lost gold digger and bought new solder and capacitor within ₹300 I got tools also repair on my own better choose other service centre

Fraudsters they have not installed the drive correctly and asking again to pay for it extra, and they have removed my panels in my lap and asking extra for fixing it. (NEVER GO THERE SERVICING YOUR LAPTOP THERE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR LAP AND ASK FOR EXTRA PAYMENT.)

There is no option to provide zero ( 0 ) rating hence providing 1 star.I gave my desktop for servicing and from there all the problems started.. dont expect any professionalism from them and i was given around 50-60 calls for atleast 4 days to get my pc.The bill says motherboard service but no TIN number or anything even they wont say which IC or capacitor changed as part of servicing...better avoid them and go for genuine service center. if you still wants to go with them then you will definitely suffer..

They offer professional laptop repair services.But here is a transcript of my experience several times1. The customer support is quite poor. They dont pick up calls several times2.Their Punctuality is below par. They took 15 days to diagnose the problem. Thats very unreliable3.Their Maintainance is terrible. So if you own a hign end laptop dont be surprised if they return it to you with a few scratches4.They are incapable to diagnose chipset related problems5.I feel they charge quite a lot on service charge.6.They lost my Asus laptop charger which wasa 6.32 A one which was hard to find elsewere...7.Never ever go to this service store...Unless u want to lose whatever is left of your laptop..If i could Give A Zero Star i Would have...P.S : The explanation given by the shop owner is absolute embarrassment to shift blame. The laptop they say to be old and obsolete was 2 years old and was in good exterior condition. They refuse to garner any sort of blame for the scratches? I have personally seen the way they store your laptops and they are stacked over each other in dust filled spaces and handing is really bad. And by the way if anyone was a few days late( at most i believe less than a week) doesnt mean you misplace the charger and take no responsibility for it. Any of this could be forgiven but never the terrible customer support and response. One of the employees was downright rude. And btw you are supposed to inform a customer of motherboard costs before you go ahead and purchase one to sell it to them for your own benefit at your own costs..I was not going to fall for that one
