Pathetic Services. No one responding whenever Call at Branch office Ankleshwar. Every time need to follow up for Courier delivery. Even received the Courier at branch although not provide delivery at Destination. really fed up.

Even the Branch Manager Anklrshwar does not respond to calls and when asked gave the wrong no. For enquiry. Got no positive response even after forwarding mail. Allover very very pAthletic service.

Dtdc is horrible and their services are also horrible.Going to DTdc is like going to no mans land!! Nobody answers the calls and almost all of the contact numbers are fake!!!!!! It is better to give a chance to other couriers than blindly patronizing these inefficient lot!!!

From delhi to ankleshwar they took almost 9 days to deliver...worse customer support as well no one picks up the phone....

Their phone number is fake...not able to make a call ever...and their service is of 3rd quality...they keep parcels for 4-5 days at their office and then return it after that...really disapointing service by this office...
