Worst experience with Vi store.Their executive gives excuses that you can not give request more than two and next day says you can not give request more than one otherwise it will be rejected.Their behaviour is worst with customer.I want to rate it zero but there is jo option.

My outgoing calls are getting disconnected after 30 sec. I went to this store. The person sitting in the front told me that this SIM card has to be changed. But they dont have new SIM cards right now. They are expecting arrival of new SIM by end of next week. By this I can makeout that The service is toooo slow.

In the Store Customer Care Executive are not responding Properly, Today i visited my sim Related inquiry purpose but service executive is busy in his personal phone and wating our time too.

There are no one contact no. Available to reach them..

Worst service ever experienced. Not kind. Very bad behavior and attitude. They do not believe in customer satisfaction. They dont care about you. No cashless system. Contact number is wrong. They do not give number to contact them.

From last 5 years, I am visiting this vodafone store. Its best in class for service they provide. Staff is cooperative and polite. Furniture etc needs to be changed, renovation needed. U can have chilled water too ☺️.

This Vodafone outlet is useless .... The representatives are working like they are government officer... very casual approach toward customer... I have to change my card from postpaid to prepaid ... for this work, I was visited three times ....1st time - Representative told me that the software will upgrade soon as aadhar card link with the new card is not required now. Asked me to come after 15 days.2nd time - Representative told me the come on next week as the billing cycle will be completed next week. I requested him that I am ready to pay the amount. But, failed again.3 rd time - I was waiting in the queue and waiting for my turn. When I reached, the representative asked me for a coupon generated by a machine (this new rule was not displayed any where). The machine was pathetic as only generated printed coupon (option for SMS on phone, but wasnt working). Again, generated query as smart aadhar card is not accepted.Finally, after so many argument, he accepted my request and my Post to Pre connection was done....

Worst service, lazy staff. They take forever to process simple aadhar verification. Token no is just for show, they dont provide service according to token.

Vodafone customer store is here,You will much crowd here bcoz of Vodafones service is not so good.Will have to wait too much.

Behaviour of staff with customer and tone of communication with customer with better service intention was missing . Overall not willing to visit with such atmosphere. Service, advertising are lagging with one another.

Want to give ZERO STAR rating but its not possible here so had to give 1 Star. The representatives are the lethargic and they doesnt know how to handle clients. WORST SERVICE!

Not a good service. I have recently ported my Docomo sim to Vodafone by this store. My sim is activated since 2 days. But i didnt got mu recharge yet.

Nicely managed by the store manager. Provide best solution to your problems by executives.
