Ambience good, cocktail good, location great. Loved the squid starter. Mains menu was very limited. Hardly many options. We went for the chicken dish in the mains and we had specified that it should not be chilly but it was really spicy. Also, I feel Bomras is very expensive compared to so many restaurants around who serve equally good food (may be better also). And you have to order rice or noodles separately. Was the main dish worth 1000 bucks. Not at all.

Over all good was good but the stars of the evening were the Cocktails, Prawns Ceviche and Chilli Beef and Black Sticky Rice. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were strictly average. In terms of Value of Money .. I would rate it 2½ /5. Very Highly priced and comparatively small portions.

We chose this place as the chef and his wares came highly recommended. He didnt let us down. The place is nicely located with plenty of parking space. Gps will. Guide you nicely. We called ahead and reserved a table. Id advise you to do the same. This is a fine dining experience so savor every moment of it.The selection of drinks is quite lovely. Though I cant rate it too much as Im not much of a drinker. But do try the kokum drink without the rum. It was delicious. For food we chose to go mostly vegetarian. We decided on the roasted aubergine. And requested for a papaya salad without the crab meat. They obliged. It was delicious. The aubergine was treated really well and was the star of the dish with lovely toasted coconut and fried garlic. Not too overpowering but lovely and well plated. The presentation was beautiful. The papaya salad was interesting as well. Wonderful flavors all merged in one.For the main course we tried the fish in banana leaf.. It was scrumptious.. I loved it. Would definitely recommend you try it.And for dessert we went for the rice cake with ice cream. Trust me. You want to try this one. And really savor it.. It is delicious..Overall we had a wonderful experience. The place is decorated simply and nicely. They seem to have a well stocked bar. Service is good. And the food excellent.. All in all. An experience worth paying for. And the prices are well worth the experience.

Wanted a nice dinner date where I could also eat healthy! Bomras turned out to be a perfect place (my date didn’t)😂 also I couldn’t stop myself from trying a bite of their carrot cake desert! LOVED the black sticky rice and mild curry too. Was super surprised with their Aubergine (aka eggplant). The waiter recommended it and said if we didn’t like it would replace it. Glad it turned out to be great!

The food here is really special. Every dish tastes like it was handmade with a deep sense of conscious effort and purpose. The simplicity and complexity of the flavours in the food is truly culinary magic. The raw papaya salad is quite possibly the best ever! And I have tried it in several places across Asia…. This one takes the prize! The sticky rice dessert was downright delicious. The light and airy ambience is an additional delight. Surrounded by greenery and a beautiful kitchen garden. Places like these are few and far between.

So so so very average! The ambience is average, the service is average, the taste is average, the portion size is tiny and the price is humongous. I just dont understand whats the hype about this place. Completely avoidable. The head server is so rude as well. Absolutely delicious food! This place offers authentic Burmese cuisine and man its finger licking good. Our host, Pradyum was the kindest and most client caring person I have met. He made sure to make us understand how the food is made and how would it taste. I would also go on to say, ask for him. He will make sure you get what you taste palate desires. He got us unique cocktails that weren’t in the menu and they were fantastic! The place is quite n surrounded with lush green plantation. Make sure you call and reserve. Supremely rude staff. No provision of carrying your drink on your way out. All we need are plastic glasses guys. When you charge an exorbitant bill of 25K to 6 people, you can’t ask them to leave their drink behind without finishing it. You need to inform your customers when you are serving alcohol or food about the deadline to leave beforehand. Rather than waiting for us to pay our bill and then you ask us to leave citing cop problems. The tax in the bill was almost 5K..why are we paying service tax!! If there be any management to this place, Please do something about the two guys who are the managers. They ruined the entire fun experience of great food that we had enjoyed. It’s not worth ruining something that you build coz two young managers need to be in finishing school rather than being in service industry.

By far the best restaurant in Goa. The freshness, unique flavors, incredible culinary execution and a beautiful new setting. We had the tea salad (amazing) vietnamese spring rolls and the squid to start. All 10/10 we also had the burmese chilli chicken and the steamed fish for mains. The fish was the best I have tasted in years and the chicken amazing. Great cocktails too and supreme creme brulee

Excellent staff, lovely open-air seating, and simply wonderful food. The slow cooked pork with crispy skin, was a delight. The pork curry was delicious, and the medium rare steak was done to absolute perfection. Hope the new location is good and the food maintains its brilliance.

We were 8 of us with an avg age of 33. Ordered 28 dishes. So you can imagine what the food quantity must be like.. anyway some dishes were good and some were quite disappointing! So were the cocktails. And therefore We concur that it’s extremely overpriced.BUT the bigger issue is the hospitality and customer service. There was no intimation that the restaurant needs to shut its doors by midnight. Despite that the staff never warned us when we were ordering our drinks happily. 3 of us still had 2/3rd of our drinks left and it was 12.15 am when we were literally asked to leave quite rudely by a manager called Kartik. If you are premium establishment you should first get your protocol and staff etiquettes sorted and then start running a hospitality business!!

Cant fault this restaurant. Its a little oasis enclosed from the hustle & bustle beyond its gates. The food is always perfect & generous. And the cocktails are made with decent liquor (not bottom shelf) which is a rarity in Goa. Yes you pay more than many of its surrounding restaurants but you get what you pay for. Also its very comforting that the staff always treat my daughter with patience & kindness. We make a point of coming here every time were in Goa. Love it.

Had a very bad experience today ..on google theyve written its a Burmese restaurant..its not..there might have been one burmese dish..something as basic as khow suey is not on their menu..when i asked the waiter he said we are serving cuisines of the burma triangle..whatever that means. Also there are hardly any vegetarian options..2 starters and one main dish doesnt qualify for a vegetarian menu..I did try the spring roll and it was a steamed sheet with salad inside it..grossssss..not even edible..the waiter suggested tempura and that was another disaster..random vegetables covered in cornflour and deep fried..absolutely no taste..and even after we returned the tempura and complained to the server..we were still charged for it..Very expensive for the portion sizes that they give and the servers have a lot of attitude. The owner probably feels that its good to look down on vegetarians and is only promoting non vegetarian food. We requested him to ask the chef to make something veg but the waiter refused and said its not possible. Will never ever go or reccomend the place to anyone..and pls stop calling it a burmese restaurant. Call it whatever the triangle cuisine the waiter keeps saying. I dont think that chili chicken comes from burma.

When The Table first opened, its unusual menu and sharing plates immediately set it apart. Since then, the food has remained remarkably consistent, while evolving to reflect the growing bounty available at the restaurant’s namesake farm in Alibag. Dishes here take inspiration from countries from all over the world, allowing chef Divesh Aswani to play with cuisines, modernise traditional recipes and experiment with ingredients. Dishes that have become fixtures on the menu include the boneless chicken wings, the Table salad (for which all ingredients come from the restaurant’s farm), yellowfish tuna tataki and avocado toast served on sourdough from sister enterprise Magazine Street Kitchen. The soft-shell crab with nam jim and mixed-herb salad exemplifies the restaurant’s commitment to sustainable sourcing, with each of the ingredients that make up the hearty salad sourced locallay

Went there yesterday 5 Feb 2020, after glancing at an eazydiner reviewed it, stating indicative price for two would be Rs1100. Highly misleading. Service is terrible, slow, even though we were at one of the three tables that were occupied. The crispy fried sardines was just about okay because of the dip, highly overpriced at 500 bucks. Green mango salad just had a few strands of crab meat which really did nothing for the salad, again stiffly priced at 550. Pepper crusted beef just about saved the evening, still steeply priced at 950. Coconut rice at 350 was a rip-off. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.
