Great experience. deluxe room was very spacious and interior was good. bathroom was also clean. enjoyed swimming pool too. it was clean. resort environment was also very couple friendly. service man sagar and other staff was very cooperative. parking was also there. you can order food at pool. resort is at very near to anjuna and vagator beach, chapora fort. Nearby resort, Oxford arcade shopping mall and many restaurants were available. peace, cleanliness, couple friendly environment.

Sea touch, resort one of the best resort I have seen yet. The waves reach till your feet just you step out from the shack down. The feel is just amazing just the seashore, the boose in front of sea.

Stay was good.. rooms were clean initially but there was no clean up done in the entire stay. rest was all good. swimming pool was big and clean. owner Dominic was very polite and good nice place to stay. I would recommend people for sure.

We enjoyed to our stay in resort , very good to stay near anjuna beach , beach is at walking distance from resort manager is very helpful they change our fridge immediately which was not working initially , house keeping service is good if you not want resort food you can order zomato swiggy not objection at all only thing lack is it is far distance from panjim and if you want night life in Titos lane then feeling some times having fear in returning with girl but in returning also at night we have not facing any problem.Thanks to manager

The resort is located at a good location. Though we got the room at a cheaper price still, the condition of room was awful for the price. The sheets and pillow were awful and there were bugs in the room too No complimentary water. Seriously? Never seen this ever before. We reached late at night and were tired and had to leave early in the morning but, instead of saying have a comfortable stay, we were told the checkout timings. Dude, we havent even checked in yet and you are talking about checking out. I am giving 2 stars because the property is good. especially the swimming pool but its not being managed properly. Such a waste.

My bad I got caught in work after the vacation here and forget to post the review.But now its time.Anjuna Beach Resort.This is an awesome place to stay with the beach at a walking distance not about 7 to 8 minutes.There is a variety in accommodation with 2, 3 or 6 bed sharing rooms. The luxury rooms are also available and facilities are top notch.They also have a awesome pool with is very clean n tidy.The food here is also so delicious that you end up licking your plates.And the most important aspect : the people how manage this Place they are fantastic : Dominic, Alex, Ruhina (I hope I remember you guys correctly 😁Sorry if i have mis-spelled any names😅) the ones I met. You guys are awesome.They will help you with everything you need and can guide you if you were to have any questions regarding how to go about Goa.All in all, if I am come back to Goa for the next trip, my Stay option is fixed now.Do visit and enjoy 🤗🤗🥳🥳

Nice and descent resort. I loved it. Very good maintenance. Rooms were spacious and neat. Dinner by the side of swimming pool was awesome. Loved it. Special mention to all the boys in the resort. They are extremely customer centric and knows how to treat customers with smiling face all the time and were ready to help 24*7. We reached at 10.30 am but the boys allowed us to check in without any extra fee. I was blown up by the service and hospitality of the boys to their age. They were respectable all the time and helped us in all the ways to enjoy our goa tour. Bike at 300 per day available in the resort itself. Take a bike to enjoy your goa ride.

Quite a decent hotel and nicely maintained and peaceful environment, near Anjuna beach, friendly staffs and genuine price.

Overall a nice place to relax with friends. Close to Anjuna and Vagator beaches. Service is a little patchy but the busboys more than make up for it, especially Bablu (I rechristened him Bubs ,😊). Lovely chap!. Dont forget to tip the boys, makes a difference to the service you might receive.

Stayed here 4 days, our room was not cleaned even once in 4 days with the excuse that they dont have duplicate keys n they didnt ask for keys either. Only a half litre water bottle was given in 4 days after that water is charged (for me that is very poor). Standard rooms are really poor, deluxe rooms are average, dirty pool, very rude staff. All the streets nearby are in very bad shape.

It was pleasent stay with anjuna beach resort...Located 2.4 km from Anjuna beach and around 5 km from baga beach...You can get rent on bike or taxi nearby...Room were neat and clean...Swimming pool was clean...Breakfast was not so good as they have only 3 options if you have booked complementary...Room service was also poor as they do not cleaned rooms properly...Overall a good stay...

Location is extremely good, also there is huge parking area. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. They should definitely improve on two things, firstly the approach road should be repaired and secondly, they should improve quality of breakfast. Overall good place to stay at reasonable price.

I will suggest this resort for 100%.with 5 stars.the location is perfect, Anjuna beach,superb market with alcohol,rental bikes,shopping street,vagator beach,fort,wonderful restaurants all walkable distance and near by the resort. Swimming pool is one of the most attractive place to spend.Mr Dominic(manager) is very polite and responsible person even I meet the resort owner he is down to earth.So,good people surrounded by you it makes your vacation peaceful.Rooms are very neat and clean,especially restroom for womens trust me you will feel very much comfort and hygiene.For family and couples you feel very safe and secure,more foreigners will be surrounded you and you feel real Goa ter. Limited breakfast is tasty and filling that too it will be served near swimming pool it’s an awesome experience. We went in jeep car so the parking area is good enough.the rooms with the balcony is fantastic. They even serve alcohol. I even wonder how few people gave negative feed backs for this resort but for me it’s really good and even I am planning to suggest my friends for the same.

Resort is good. There is a swimming pool which can be used by anyone who stays in the Resort.You can play music near the pool and drink near the pool, also can take chill out near the pool.Food inside the resort is bit costlier than outside so prefer to eat outside.In Complimentary breakfast there wont be a great option so its going to be waste if you opt for it. Normal breakfast is too costly here best option is to have outside.People are good and the service is also good. Theres a refrigerator inside the room and an AC.Standard rooms were not that clean but manageable.They give scootys and cars for rent.Overall it was a good experience being in this resort :)

Its a 3 star resort. Very neat and clean. Rooms looks very good and bathrooms are also clean. Food is on Expensive side however, it is very tasty. If you do not want eat in resort, there are a lot of options available nearby for eating. This resort is located in the main market. They also offers bike / scooty rental services. Anjuna beach is just 5 minutes from this place.

Since it was a family vacation i could say it was overall a good deal & stay was wonderful. Anjuna beach is 10 mintutes walk from the resort. Also oxford supermarket is a saviour if you need anything . Rooms are clean. We chose deluxe rooms so they were spacious with galleries and swimming pool view . Wifi , hot water, swimming pool everything is great . Breakfast menu is a bit limited though only omlette , sandwiches, tea & coffe available as free/ complimentary breakfast . Also there were no warm welcome as in welcome drink was not served or any sort of welcoming was not done , just the check in and verifying ids . Thats it . A young guy named Dalton is a proprietior of the resort but he didnt came up to us for any sort of conversation . Dominque on the other hand was very helpful man who was managing the resort . Glinton , Ruhita, Sanju and Chhotu the staff is very polite and helpful . Food is a bit costly . Its a calm and cozy place . But there are some cons : 1) fNo full mirror 2) wardrobes kn the deluxe room are places near maim door . 3) Goan menu missimg 4) Room hygine and cleaning Can be better Privacy , Assistance , Rooms , Wifi , clean spacious bathroom , Clean Swimming pool ,

During my stay there were multiple times no electricity, no food, and never proper room service. Everyone at the hotel were complaining. They were claiming for refunds. Worst worst worst place

Poor Service offered. Dont have the courtesy to say sorry even after knowing they are not offering services they promised..When asked for complimentary breakfast I was told Waiting list no 17. Nobody ever responds on phone properly..Some body will ring up and assure that he will check everything but its all an eyewash..if u ever visit expect chilled water from the hot water outlet with a 100 excuses by the management..No Room cleaning offered by management even once in two days..would not recommend even once..

Nice hotel with swimming pull and surrounded with trees.Staff is co-operative.Pently of parking space for car and bike.Clean room and toilet.Swimming pull is just outside of groung floor rooms. Need to keep eye on childrens. Just tried aloo paratha in breakfast ones It was good. If the cost on breakfast menu reduced. Medium class guest like me will near go outside for search of food.

Never ever visit on weekends as they have too many bookings. Plus they don’t even allot rooms as described on the booking. Very bad management when they are over burdened. One star for management.Staff was awesome.

Stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. Service was really nice, the room was clean, other guests were cool. The pool didnt look clean, but now during the monsoon its probably impossible to keep it clean. We had a slight misunderstanding around the laundry (we understood 20 INR/load, they meant 20 INR/piece) but they were friendly and flexible about it. Their WIFI is fast! Would come again :)

Old property with ample space. We got a deal worth 1300 per night via go ibibo. Staff seems cooperative as they allowed us to take our own induction to cook baby food. Highly recommended place in the heart of Anjuna and vagator.

ANJUNA beach resort owner is so nice and speaking very honestly...FOOD is taste in Arjuna beach resort.but the QUANTITY is very very less, may be its for kids not for adults.only one variety for COMPLEMENTARY breakfast ....and that is for kids not for adults.. means less quantitiy.

Good place & best is value for money. If you want to sleep peacefully & not at all heavy on the pockets & also have a decent amount of ambience then this is fulfilling the best of it. The place is well maintained. Cleanliness is the top thing I liked here which matters to me the most.

It was a worth stay, room was clean, pool was clean, food was good. Earlier I selected standard room which was not that good, later changed to delux room which was at par. Domnic the caretaker is very helpful. Location is also good.

We had an amazing stay at Anjuna Beach Resort! The Deluxe rooms are indeed very spacious and the pool is well maintained. Mr. Dominic was of great help during our stay. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and will visit again the next time I plan a trip to Goa!

Prons-Deluxe room size is big then other hotels and staff is very helpful..Pool is neat and clean .. hotel is situated in a peaceful area so it is perfect for couples cons- Only basic amenities will be provided in the room and complementary breakfast options are limited Room size and staff service

Spent 3 days in the resort with family so I think I m eligible for a honest review.Plus points:Had booked Deluxe room, rooms are spacious and clean. You get TV , fridge , a cupboard , 2 chairs , a table , a huge bed , spacious bathroom in a Deluxe room. Loved them.Resort has a pool open from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can lay down alongside it taking sun bath.Staff is helpful and attentive.Minus points: No hot water in the morning. They has solar water installed which is not sufficient for all rooms. Imagine bathing with cold water in the morning in winters. Thats what we did for 3 days.Kitchen op pens at 8 AM. So if you woke early n want to have a cup of tea or coffee you have to wait till 8 AM or go outside for tea. A big disappointment.Food quality is not upto the mark.So if you r with family and are in Goa for limited number of days for sightseeing and r planning to leave early for sightseeing, avoid booking this resort as you have to bath under cold shower n leave without having tea or breakfast.If you r bachelor n can manage without bath,tea breakfast etc then this is ok.

Probably the only hotel in anjuna where they dont discriminate between foreigners and Indians , they treat all in the same way unlike other hotels treat foreigners like Gods and Indians get avoided .7. Overall a very nice place to stay , ample of space to park your vehicle and good poll area for evening parties.

Nice resort with cheap rates. Rooms are ok, mattresses, pillows & bedsheet are quit old. But swimming pool is awesome. Resort location is away from pollution, nice gardening. This place is located near the beach. It has restaurant, ac rooms, house keeping, pool,, nearly everything we want during vacation for perfect stay.Tip: breakfast options are too good. Order water melon juice during summers- feels so good!

Well a last minute decision to stay at Anjuna Beach Resort in Goa but the best decision. I was with my group of friends at this hotel in February this year. We had booked an appartment near Calingute but after checking the place we were disappointed so decided to stay at Anjuna Beach Resort later. A must stay hotel if you are planning to stay near Anjuna beach. The area itself is worth going & this hotel is definitely worth staying. Its a very fine property with good pool & nice rooms & balcony. The staff here was quiet friendly and they served us well. Its hardly few hundred metres from Anjuna beach. The rooms are nice, neat & spacious. We enjoyed staying here for 4 days & definitely visit again whenever I plan to go Goa.

Its always nice to stay here with family, friends or couple.... Swimming pool is always clean n nice... Resort climate is also very nice... Staff is very friendly and helpful.. Also budget friendly resort....definitely going to stay here in next time...

Best Place to Stay at anjuna vagator area. As per Google mentioned its 3 star property i cant think so.

Pool service is not good.. though it was rainy season.. have used pools in other resorts and hotels where the pool was maintained and was usable... Had to get the room cleaned while at check in.. rooms were not handed over clean. The staff was cordial and supportive..

Very expensive hotel for Anjuna. I expected something much better. But you can have in this area cheaper and better.The bed was too hard. Breakfast limit time wasnt mentionned. Noisy two mornings couldnt sleep after 9am. (Cleaning of the pool first day and kids playing in the pool the second day).The equipment of the room are average.Location and staff are nice.

Nice place Anjuna Beach Resort, with cheap accommodation and stay with a swimming pool and restaurant just by the famous Anjuna beach. The Anjuna Beach Resort is perfectly located, well laid out and efficiently run by Joseph and Fabiola D’Souza. After successful years here, the charming and forever accommodating D’Souza’s are constantly improving the Resort and it shows. An extremely popular place to stay, Anjuna Beach Resort offers the maximum facilities at minimum rates.

Our stay was pleasant and room was clean, staff is supportive... only cons is their menu is over rated... but you can have food in nearby restaurants.Room and bed was clean...

Pretty good location. Resort is above average. One bad thing I felt is that the resort doesnt have a restaurant so it is kind of hard to manage if you plan on going there and just relaxing and dont prefer going out to eat. Pool is average deep and water was slightly dirty. Baga beach etc are really close. Rent an scooty for around 300/day and breeze through the locality. 4/5 would recommend if low budget.

The place is great with nice services... Rooms are good. Theres a swimming pool. For the most part of the day you can use the pool. Beaches are pretty close by, making it a good place to stay.

Excellent location near the Anjuna beach. Big swimming pool is a place. Laid back style. Dominic and Joseph are of great help and arrange motorcycles or taxi at costs lower than outside. AC rooms are available at budget prices. Restaurant is not recommended. Service otherwise is prompt. The property is quite old and AC takes time to cool the room. Overall recommended for budget travellers.

Extremely rude kept telling that you need to check out at 10 am. very very stressful experience. at check in there was only one person. it took us approximately 40 min to check-in as only one person who was trying to do everything. room was not clean, there were bugs and mosquitoes even the person removed large bug from the room. washroom linen towel not at all clean. western toilet cover was extremely dirty and not fixed properly. no hot water only Luke warm. no packaged water only filtered water that too in plastic jug. horrible experience. we checked in at 12 mid night and were rudely asked to leave at 10 sharp. weird breakfast policy. at night it was told will be given in the room but in the morning asked to come to restaurant.

Extremely disappointed.We had discussed with resort for 6 persons in 2 rooms. But one of our friend dropped out, so we discussed with Resort to adjust the cost which they agreed on call but when we went they refused. Moverover we had booked delux rooms, but doors lock and pulls we broken. For whole night there was no power supply (electricity) at anjuna beach resort but on same night neighbouring resort had sufficient amount of powers supply.Room service was worst. They didnt turned up whenever we called them.Arrogant staff and management.Worst experience.

AC rooms are fine. But Non AC rooms are pretty bad..blankets, towels, bedsheets, pillow cover in either of the rooms are not washed before a new guest takes up the room. We took up a dorm room once and the blankets were full of dead ants..the towels were completely soiled and the room had a funky smell..The AC room was spacious but again nothing was fresh and clean inspite of the high prices. Breakfast menu can be a bit improved..

Good place to stay. Pool is nice. Services prompt. They serve good meals though the menu option is not that elaborate. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are okay. We found never ending queues of marching ants. But the resort people took care of it promptly as we had raised the issue. The free breakfast has a very limited options. Bathrooms are nice and tidy. With both hot and cold water. Go for the deluxe rooms. The beds are a bit to soft and may cause discomfort for people with a back problem.

This place is amazing. The swimming pool was right in front of the spacious room. Staff and friends (Manich, Fay, Peter) off staff are very friendly and invite us for a drink with them at the pool. We only booked 2 nights and regret we didnt book more. We stayed longer in Anjuna but this resort was already full booked so we had to find another hotel. After we left we came back and they helped us book a trainticket with their creditcard. Love from Gijs (Jake) & June
