I have a Samsung AC from this shop for installation they gave us a number instead of the original Samsung care number. The technical came without a vacuum pump installed the AC. Without vaccum the AC will work with 60% less cooling and electrical efficiency and now am suffering this. The technician even dont have a drill machine !!

One sham electronic shop! They are dishonest and scheming. They don’t understand what you want. Zero active listening. They push sell hard; it is so annoying. The salespersons of different brands talk above each other. They don’t understand price match. The manager and sales girl named SWETA behaved like hooligans. They tried to attack us personally and asked go look elsewhere when they couldn’t take up our queries.It’s a shabby store. No customer service at all. They never pick up your call. They never address your queries. Once the purchase is done, they don’t entertain you with any service. They send you display items/damaged item loosely packed. There wasn’t any barcode/manufacturer sticker. They have peeled it off. Very questionable. They slap with hidden charges like delivery; installation etc. which usually comes free in big box shops. How do such showrooms exists? DEPLORABLE!

Worst costumers service ever...... I bought a refrigerator from there, when they delivered the refrigerator i saw that there was a problem with the deep freezer within 30 mins of delivery called them to file complaint... I waited for 5days but they keep giving excuses like there are many customers today we will be there tomorrow... Etc....

They sell second hand product and employee name is Dilip Kumar Behera who talk very badly and he have a tactics to calll and take you to different side and sell second hand product which is exchanged by the other customer. And mostly DILIP KUMAR BEHERA is one of a cheater and one day he say yes i selled them product when you come for complaint he say i didnt. People be aware they sell mostly second hand product and even service centre people say they sold you second hand. This is eye opening to all please be aware dont trust them

The place is overhyped.Staffs dont give you full information about something instead keep you passing from one to another.the billing section is hectic and not at all customer friendly.installation of product is very late and the staffs dont tell you about every feature

I couldnt imagine such pathetic poorest response one can provide to their valuable customers after purchasing home apliances of more than 1.5 lakh. Its already 23 days passed away my LED SMART TV couldnt get service for a small display problems.Neither Videcon nor Raj Electronics Angul branch are still taking the responsibility to resolve this issues yet . There are so many other good places around where you can buy home appliances with better service . But Raj Electronics & Videocon really sucks...

New experience, Dated 03/05/21: The owner is very rude in behavior as its sell figures have gone high. Rates are also high. Try alternate malls like Madan Mohan at PTC chakk, Patra Electronic at Bus stand, Reliance Digital at Amalapada. Avoid this mall...Old: A new electronic mall, it sells almost all home appliances like TV, refrigerators, washing machine, dish washer, fans, ovens, mixer grinder, juicer, DSLR cameras and other home appliances. It is located on the highway so there is problem of parking while you visit the place. Rates of all appliances are good and offers various discounts and gifts during festive season. It except payment through cards as well but with charge. Overall good experience and better service.
