DISAPPOINTED - TRY TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKES & TRY TO GIVE THE EXACT CAKE SHOWN IN THE MENU ELSE CHANGE THE MENU.Please change the cakes menu card if there is a design change for the cakes. Last time i ordered a Gateaux Mango cake which was complete yellow in the menu card. When I got the cake it was just white icing and mango jam at the top of the cake. The taste was OK. But when we order something from a menu card the item should be like its given in the photo. And the staffs told me this is the same cake. Is it? There nothing wrong with my eyes. Then they told me tat the design has changed. But i dont need to know that because i ordered something which i saw in the menu card.Note: This is a situation which i faced in the last week and i am a frequent customer there.

Nice bakers.But variety can be more.Packaging can be improved- ghee based sweets packed in paper cover,making it difficult to store/ handle.Service can be improved/ more friendly.

Most of the bakery items available here are made by Nayva Bakery Company itself. Everything available here is at a reasonable price.Bread and sandwiches are very delicious.They also provide cake and sweets.It has also a seating area where we can order and eat food. Cool drinks and ice creams are also available here.Tea and coffee are also available here.The Navya Bakery has a baking factory situated in Monnaparambu, from there all the Baking products are transported to various Navya Outlets across the region.😀
