Found a very wide choice of products with stylish looks at reasonable prices. Staff was also very supportive.

Very bad customer care.The only advantage that i found is, they have a good collection of tiles and granites. But they have a bunch of greedy employees too. They charge extra amount for loading and unloading, transportation charge, handling charge so and so together with the bill.Even i paid these bill, the company driver demanded extra money after unloading.All other companies provide free transportation and loading and unloading.

Very Bad Service & Poor Customer relationship. They were neither ready to accept their own mistakes nor to take back the product. Beware About Offers on Low Quality Products.

They are too poor in service.. Whatever be the problem with their product, they wont accept that and will criticize the labours.. I recently purchased some granite from them.. We been told to take a specific granite by the salesman. He somehow convinced us in taking the particular product and when our labours saw those granites, they said its low quality granite and have bends. So we called them to take these pieces back.. They were neither ready to accept their mistake nor take back the product. And finally after a lot of calls they agreed to get it replaced but wont give back money. All we can do is take another product by returning this. We have lost the faith in them but there is no other option than to take another as replacement
