Purchased Digital to Analog Audio Converter from here on 11/09/2021. Its DC power adapter was damaged after 4 hours of continuous use. On 12/09/2021 I went back to that shop with this problem. Within hours of purchase, the customer was told that all the responsibility for the faulty adapter lay solely with the customer and the shop had no liability, and they would give me a new adapter for ₹150. If that too damage again should replace with new one and thank god, the customer have the freedom to buy or not. The only option is to replace the adapter, which costs ₹150 on the very next day after purchase. They told there is no guarantee, no warranty, and therefore no obligation to gave the bill.Hats off to the sales person for the wonderful experience.🤗So be careful when purchasing something form here.

We can buy a product from this shop but we cant use that product. Because the products from this shops are not working.Very bad customer service also
