Ed was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date while fixing my laptop. The price was fair and my laptop works perfectly now. A good, professional service. The fix was much cheaper than buying a new laptop and it seems as good as new. Would definitely reccomment.

Amazing Service!My laptops HDD gave in and being left without a laptop was disconcerting. After looking around I decided to us ElpaTech and I am so GLAD I did. Nervous at first because it was my first time using a local company but Ed and his team were amazing, they reassured me through their technical knowledge, found and resolved the issue in a very short space of time due to myself going away at an amazing price. ElpaTech looked at our hard drive which was not being recognised on our home system. They checked what they could, very efficiently and were apologetic about not being able to help out but the hard drive was too damaged. They sent us away with a recommendation of where to go next. Very impressed and if (when) we have computer issues in the future we will definitely go back.
