We purchased an LG Refrigerator on 26th June21.Within a span of one month Tthere was a problem with the cooling system. LG company promised to replace the Unit. Till now no response from Company. Fed-up with the progress of the product replacement.

I liked it and only issues are not all brands available.

Very bad and rude store manager.The manager in the store was really bad at acknowledging the mistake. The TV was billed a week ago, but failed to deliver on promised date. But the manager was very rude in explaining and acknowledging the mistake from their side.You have to be pleasing towards the customers especially in the faulty situations. Sonovision, please consider this and educate the manager in dealing with the customers in your faults and mistakes.

Worst customer service. Employees doesn’t care about customer needs. False promises and Guarantees. Once purchased, no warranties. They charge you for service and parts even though under warranty.
