So what surprised me was when I asked to replace my laptops hard disk with another disk I was carrying, the super smart service engineer said its a complicated process. It might break things while doing it. While the process is dead simple. Open up a couple of screws, take out the HD and put back the new one. DONE. not sure what would break in this process. Very rude engineer. Not sure if he understood my description.
