My family spends a lot of money here every year when we go to India... partly because we have no choice (they do have the best selection on raw material).However... whatever you order is NEVER ready on time, even when they give you a pickup date. They dont compensate for being late, rather... they LIE to you about where your item is and such when its not even completed.Sucks that we will probably have to go back next year and deal with the same nonsense, I wish someone with punctuality and a positive business vibe opens up across the street.
