If you can survive with any food or Maggie than you can choose to live here. The biggest problem is food. And cleanliness. The place is not so clean. You cant expect it to be clean as all bachelors live here. To much plastics all around the building. It proves that most of the people survive on packaged foods or food-parcels. Better live in hostels nearby than opting for this option.
