Planned a freshers party out here, initially things seemed good but Welcome drinks came at the end of event, starters on scolding the manager, water started leaking from roof, workers were too supportive but management wasnt!

I just came here 3 days back. I should mention that the owner and the staff treat us like family. The food is just like our home and even the room service and cleanliness around is well maintained. The staff is ready to help any hour of the day we want. I’m enjoying my stay here and would undoubtedly recommend this hotel.

Delicious food. A must visit place

On 9 Dec 2020I had two days function at this hotel .Worst hotel ive stayed in.- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room.- Hot water constantly running out.- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.- Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked the owner if we could have them changed he replied well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.- Staff & Owner himself Mr. SACHIN PATEL funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff .If you are not majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out without feeling youre being monitored DO NOT STAY.

Good place for Aarange function in your budget

Door unlock lock not working. Very Hectic experience. No proper cleaning of rooms. No Soaps for bathing, no hot water in some roomz.Its a 2star hotel not 5 star

Good place for small occasions

Good food good rooms and cooperative staff and luxurious atmosphere with family terrace restaurant and with pool also different types of food like chinese, continantal, punjabi, and many more. The ambivalance is plesant and appealing. Very good for business meeting and banquet hall and many more favilities like, Hot water, house keeping, food, ac, wifi etc.... Rooms are hygenic, spacious and modern also. Staff is polite. They also serve mexican and thai food ...

Not so good...we had party there and the ceiling was continuously leaking... cleanliness was also okay okay...staff is good ....food was average... otherwise location is good and interior is also nice .... washroom should be more cleaned.....

I attended one engagement function at this hotel. That was amazing experience. Staff is so helpful.. i took dinner at that night was so impressive. Everything was perfect. Im impressed by the decoration of the hotel.. there is also terrace swimming pool.

Ok guys read this review before you book this hotel. If you are NRI that is thinking about booking this hotel for part of wedding plans then I will guarantee you that you are in a ride. These guys are crooks. They will tell one thing on call and send you something else. They wasted my two months just going back and forth. The rooms are also not as advertised. Customer service is zero to none. Amit and Sachin both the manager and owner of the property, one would imagine that they will treat customer with respect instead they would not pick up calls. Again if your a NRI thinking about booking stay away really there are many other properties that will be worth your dollar.

Very nice hotel

Rented 707 for marriage night. Service was bad, jacuzzi did not work, water was cold to fill the tub. 15000 rupees not worth it. Decoration was only good part.

Ambience was okay. I went here for IELTS exam. They had no arrangements for parents to seat. We had to wait outside hotel in a hot summer day

I went here for our junior fresher party. We enjoyed a lot. Capacity of hall is good . We were appointment 80 students. Food is delicious and sound system is more batter then food. Some of poster is maked for photography. Garden is beautiful and big. This place is also use for IELTS. British council choose this place as center of them examination.

I enjoyed my day at Grand Nakshtra.Staffs are very helpful.But the security guards are not aware of hospitality and even not aware of their place.I misguided by one of them.But overall,its pleasant place to celebrate your event.

Very good place

Location is very convenient for both residents of city as well as people coming from outside. Rooms were very average quality. Room service was little delayed but not a big issue. Overall it was expected experience.

Do not select this hotel. They will spoil your fun, managers are very rude and lier. AC and lift are not working properly.Rooms are not clean properly and they just want money from you nothing else so better select other hotel but do not select this one.Even they are not deserve one star but i have no option to select zero star.

The restaurent is on the 8th floor. It is very small. Not maintained well. The plates and bowls were dirty. Would not recommended. The food was ok.

Itz a amazing place to stay with good food quality and amazing service. For breakfast they have lots of option. The pool is clean but bit small still one can enjoy their. Overall its a best place for a stay.

Its a good property. stay was nice there. Service provided by the hotel people are good. Break fast is very expensive but quality wise its good. Location is perfect and easy to locate the hotel. Rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean.

Fantastic stay here. Nice and tasty food and good service. Also we celebrated by daughters birthday way back in 2013 and that was amazing experience for us.

Only the ambience was good. No other facility was worth visiting. No facilities of Lunch or Dinner. Even drinking water was to be purchased!! Really disappointed by the service. Only cleanliness was maintained and room decor was pleasant.

Not living up to the promises. At the time of booking we were shown a bathtub but it wasnt there. Fridge wasnt working. And also checkin issues as the hotel policy was changed overnight.Review changed. Got the room which was promised. Thanks to the manager Mr.jaimin

Hotel location is near to two main highways and in safe are. Architecture is impressive. Rooms and service is average. Parking lot is proper. Restaurant food is good but quite expensive.

They are getting lots of money from British council but still they cant allow to sit the person in reception area who come with candidate. Ofcourse not all candidates coming from proper Anand city so they cant come alone but the staff at reception clearly said me that you cant sit here & stay outside. Even I had said that I came with candidate and British Council guys told me you cant stay on 3rd floor as its for candidates only so go on Reception area and wait but these poor fellows dont care anything as you had not booked room there there is no ground to stand for you.In Response to your reply: Thanks for getting back, happy to know atleast you care about reviews. First of all you had not read my review and written reply directly, If you had read full review carefully then you came to know I was not candidate and I was there to accompany my sister-in-law, second thing I was not sitting on 3rd floor where British Council held examination, I know their rule only candidates can stay on that floor but what about Reception you have very good reception area with some sitting arrangement and it was almost empty when I was there but still not allowed to sit in that area because I HAD NOT BOOKED ROOM IN YOUR HOTEL. So I will not remove this review as its not IELTS but its related to hospitality and behavior or your hotel staff. I hope you understand the review now. If not then read full review carefully.

The hall where i stayed was pretty good and the outside area is pretty too. Well one things is that the the toilet is small so you have to wait long time. Thats it.

Just Because I never seen a hotel including A Poolside Terrence Restaurant at 8th Floor with amazing view of city where they serves Veg & Non Veg food and at Ground Floor they have Multi Cuisine Restaurant, At First Floor they have Pub Belly where they serve Veg & Non veg food with Disco type dance floor surrounded by Tables. Food Quality very good and testy, Staff is really helpful during my stay.
