Nice property, but badly maintained. The washrooms are horrible and one can say even public toilets are well maintained when compared with this one. The wash basin area too is messy. It is imperative that the management take necessary steps to rectify this black sheep.

One of the best party plots in Anand area. It is situated on National Highway 1 near Chikhodra Chokdi. It is huge and large. It has open space with lawn, rooms for brides and guests, good dine area, well decorated garden and lightening and catering facilities. I have visited it many times. I like it.

For any event or festival or for any marraige or anniversary you can use it for rent.
