I have purchased dell 3501 laptop and its actually satisfacory thing to purchase from dell exclusive store anand and also like their servics

I dont want to give even star to This. I waste my 150 rupees & 2 days . I came here to download Design Softwares but he did not even able to download single one .My humble advise is if you dont know the work say it , dont waste other peoples precision time.

I wish there was an option of No Star of Negative Star.I.T Zone, not just a name rather a Brand. And the reason behind it is the Man who runs the show. He is just an outstanding businessman and a genuine individual.However the problem is that the Captain has an awfully disappointing team. If you want to buy something - Please do go its a best shop. But if you want to get something repaired please do not even dare to.The problem is that they will perform a surgery where the treatment was possible with a Pill.I went to them with a basic problem that my Laptop is not getting charged.They sold me an adaptor saying my Adaptor is faulty.I took it and left for M.P, things were not yet fine but then I had no option.After coming back when I again went to the shop.The immediate reply - Adaptor kharab che.I was like - Bhai naya liya hai.Accha evu che - To pachi Charging Socket kharab hase.I said fine, take it and get it repaired.In 14 days the issues which they reported to me were ranging from Screen Udi Gayi, Hard disk crash, Ram not working, Format marvu padse etc etc etc.Somehow we agreed to change the Ram, they charged 1950 for Ram, 400 for Format which was required or not god knows.All this was done in 12 days after hell lot of drama and nuisance.Finally when I got the laptop, I took it to another shop. Paid the inspection charges, Got my old ram fixed again and the P.C is working fine with same old adaptor and old ram.Post complain the gentleman business man refunded me the amount for accessories.What then what about those 12 days????Numerous Visits????Now how to trust that what they say is true????Owing the business relation, I couldnt say much when I visited you at Shop. Went their to get printer cable. Good cable although looked bit expensive but seems value for money as it is almost four months and it is working great

Very bad and pathetic experienceNot recommended and very much unprofessionalWas charging me Rs 900 for only cleaning the laptop.Really rs 900 for cleaning!!!! That shows they are only thinking to loot money from people.Not recommended.
