Great customer service. Friendly staff. Had to get my laptop serviced due to overheating issues. Front desk representative (Vaibhavi) was nice and courteous over phone when explaining the issue. She even recommended the kind of needed to fix the overheating problem.Got my laptop fixed / serviced on time. Extremely happy with the speed and efficiency.. would recommend this place for all your service / peripherals requirements.

Worst experience ever with any computer service shop.first they keeps us waiting for 15 days and keep saying we would repair your laptop but after a month on being repeatedly call made by me, they returned my laptop without fixing an issue and that too with damaged body.I found their staff as well as owner a very rude person. ghanta jevi service.

Had the worst experience with the behaviour from the front desk staff(Vaibhavi), she was very unprofessional with her behaviour towards customer. I was there to repair my laptop and was asking if the data inside could be backup or not. And she had an anger behaviour which is reflecting by her reply.

Repairing are not done properly which is backside of there show room... Before handing over repair part check the bill if you give cpu they mention laptop and check description what they mention in bill.. Actually what part working in computer later that will not work after discharge...

I wish there was ZERO star too. Once purchased hp laptop. Since it was the first time I had bought one, I trusted this agency. But within a month, the laptop crashed, I went to them and they say it is a virus problem. Means if they get to know that you dont know more about computers, they will surely fool you. And the guy didnt admitted selling a defective laptop. I got it repaired with a local shop with 100% working condition. The laptop was a used one. Still the cooling fan works like a hot plate. Pathetic sales and service. I knew all this because now I know technology. Same thing happened with a logitech wireless mouse bought from this place, stopped working in a week. And they replaced it and again this time in two days it stopped working. Never look for this option is you want to buy good electronics.
