Doesnt follow rules to remain open till late night, though remains open for exams. WiFi is unreliable. Air conditioners are used with restrictions. Too much crowd and noise at times, with no place to sit as well. No casual books or novels available. Recently turned into an E library. Offers a collection of ebooks. Subscriptions to major newspapers and magazines. Staff can be aggressive and rude at times but is also very helpful

All staff is good and response is excellent.
