Try the puffs here, they are amazing! I also recommend to try a cheese puff or a Chinese puff. All were tasty and served up hot and fresh.

Tried their puffs for the first time, the quality was perfect, but the pricing was quite higher than their competitors, should consider lowering it a bit.

The food quality is good but, I agree with others here. Their attitude is pathetic. If you’re charging ₹15 for a regular puff then you should not fight with the customer over an extra packet of ketchup even when I bought more than 5 puffs! Seriously, how petty can you guys be? When I asked for ketchup, their faces went sour as if I asked for their kidney! Horrible staff and owners too!

I am rating this 1/5 star because unreasonable price for their puff. You wont believe it I use to eat same puff at Rs.5 and now it is Rs.15. I could easily afford it but I am not happy because they have only increased price. Quality and size of the puff has gone down. Now, Whenever I want to eat puff I visit Vishal Bakery instead of Mazda, not bad taste and price Rs.7/puff which is alot better.

The most pathetic people in the business. The guy has got so much of attitude that he would talk very rudely. We felt like leaving the shop at the same moment. The puff of the place is famous and its also good. There is no doubt about it. But whats about the service ? People treat customers like God and these people treat customers like prisoners. Very rude jailers these people are.

Firstly, Mazda bakerys owner Nature is NOT good. He has Too Much Attitude.I have been to many bakeries in Anand like Real bakery, Bakeland, Premvati ( BAPS), Everfresh, Kabhi B and many more. All this bakeries owner have good nature and manner for customer. BUT in mazda bakery, owner Behaviour is Very Bad. You must learn from other bakeries that how to talk with customer.In gujarati, customer ne lidhe j tari Puff ni Dukan chale che bhai. so customer sathe vat karta to sikho pahela. last month pav bhaji na bread pan kacha hata.secondaly, 15 Rs puff too much expensive with small shape. even NOT tasty and serving old puffs...Thirdly, i would give 0 star rating but not possible.

Anand is a nice city. Though it is mostly known for the Asias biggest Dairy brand (Amul), there are many popular food hubs providing quality foods. The Mazda Bakery is one of the best known bakeries in Anand. It is located near Town Hall on the Anand - VV Nagar road. I was living in Anand for 7 years and as my home was just beside this awesome bakery, I frequently visited the place. Even whenever we had guests, we brought the snacks from the bakery and they too loved the food. Though there are many food items offered by Mazda Bakery, I enjoyed the Puffs the most. I am not living in Anand now, but in future, If I visit the city, I will surely go there.

Burger looks good and feel hot , but frozen masala pulp disappointed , hot pau and cold inside pulp, i had visited specially for puff but due to out of stock i had ordered 2 burger but buger quility is not good.

The puffs served here are of the finest quality you will find in Gujarat. This place specially is an attraction if one prefers baked items over fried food.Though some reviews complain of rudeness or lack of support from the staff, my experience is the opposite as the staff, as well as owner, were quite prompt to keep their service admirable.As the sitting arrangement is limited to a long bench towards the left gallery and there are no proper chairs or tables, I still have to deduct one star.
