Showing 7.00 Pm as close time already i confirm on call for mobile they says that we r open still you come and collect your mobile i when i arrived at samsung care at 6.30 pm the center is closed if unable to open the center then why are u lying with custumer and wasting the time of customers

First they make bad quality device and then ask the service cost same as of a new phone cost.My samsung m30s suddenly started getting freezing and restart issues , and when asked them they are saying its motherboard issues . How come it will have mother board issue all of sudden.I googled a lot about the issues it says its because of some last android update which is causing the issue. Its the company need to find the root cause and give a fix , but they are Directly saying its motherboard issue and looting the customers.Extremely disappointed with the brand like Samsung.

Nirmit Bhai has helped to an extent wherein i could resolve my issue within minutes, very kind person and very knowledgeable. I have Samsung S9, i had an issue with hearing in phone, he explained very calmly and even suggested me the best way to solve the issue... Best team and thanks to Nirmit bhai..

Not very professional. The people over there took 1.5 hours and then said we dont really know, this thing shouldnt happen, we havent seen this problem before, come tomorrow, we will install a software in your device. Not recommended unless there is no other choice.

I came India in short period as tourist , they repair my loud speaker and gave me back in 2 hours, very impressed, Mr.Nirmit has very polite, customer friendly ,task oriented and well mannered. Delivered phone as per my request on time.

Such a wrost place and people. After completing warranty of my phone they told you have opened phone outside so you have to other boards also after updating phone screen flickering issue occurs and they change screen combo charging board and other 2 things. Even only one time phone opened in their service center only. In warranty make sure what they change and ask back which is replaced. Their manager prinul not even listening if their engineer made any mistake in our phone. He told their engineer can not make any mistake just like they are robot.Go to baroda or some where else.

The service was just fine, but the waiting line was endless....i had to wait for like 2 hrs just to give my phone for warranty repair. Also, when I went to collect my phone back, I had to wait for about an hour. They should really do something about it.

Never visit this service centre !! Staff members gigle at customers . They ask you to pay money even if your phone is in warranty period giving you the false reasons like liquid damage etc..really worst experience ever !! Only visit if you want to loss money , time & respect.
