Vey bad i have collected my percel myself

There are companies all over India called DTDC to deliver from door to door.This guy is in a bad mood😡😡😡😡. He doesnt go home delivery. You have to go to him and pick up your parcel.My parcel reached this guy on April 14th but he didnt deliver on time and gave it on April 20th.I received my parcel 7 days later, no one will receive the parcel on time from this guy

Very bad service Amta branch they told me pickup your parcel we dont have door step service.

It is a delivery operator company but they dont give the delivery facility. As per my knowledge other courier companies, they deliver your courier to your doorstep. But here you have to pickup your courier from them visiting their office. You have to pick your courier in between 10A.M. to 2P.M.And the behavior of the owner is kinda rude. So think before go to this courier service.

The behaviour of the courier man is very rude, he acclaimed 300 rupees for 190gm parcel. Dtdc need to change the delivery man immediately.

If you are new the partner froud with you need charge high for service

All good, but closes at 2pm. It opens again at 7 pm. Shop on the opposite side of the college.So reach them before 2 p.m.In morning opening time is after 10 a.m
