Oh dears... The poached eggs with bakon and the smoothies topped upnwith donuts were a delight. Make sure you havent a lot of stomach space when you plan to get at the Corner Bakery though... You want to try everything 😅🥰. The manager was also super nice, making space for us though we didnt book in advance for a table 😉🙏. Its a lovely place for a🔥 weekend meal🙌🏻

Lovely place in De Pijp. Great food and service. That’s why it can be a bit tricky to get a table without reservation on busy times. I recommend to go online and book a table in advance. The BLT sandwich is very tasty and the American pancakes with fruits is delicious. Definitely will come back.

One star just for the colorful dishes and shakes. Actually, the hamburger and the shake had the lowest quality I have ever had. The burger smelled bad and the shake was too sugary with a lot of greasy cream, which I could barely eat. I had a voracious appetite when I arrived and saw those good looking plates but it was too disappointing. The staff was completely ignoring. Sorry Corner Bakery! I didn’t have a pleasant experience with you :(

Nice place to have breakfast or brunch in the area. A lot options, from healthy one to eggs and sandwiches and nice selection of desserts with you want something sweet with your coffee (really nice coffee!) the staff is super nice and quick and accommodating!

Good experience overall. Despite not having a reservation we were seated very quickly (2 people Sunday noon). Due to small space it can feel quite crammed and you’re sometimes touching elbows with the person at the next table. The food and drinks were very delicious. Friendly staff although I believe some waiters were new as they brought the wrong order several times.

Great service, laid back place, in a little side street if you want to get away from the city stress. The food is great and comes fast and the prices are very low compared to similar locations nearby. Very very good and my place of choice for breakfast to start your day in the Museumplein area. I would give 6 stars if it was possible

Wonderful place to eat with a great menu and delicious food and drinks. Customer service is fantastic, as to was the mango bowl. Huge portions and and everything was freshly produced. Had to wait outside for a table, but only for about 20mins, and let me tell you....it WAS worth the wait.

Food price ratio is good, the place is lovely (although a bit small) and the service is quite fast (considering the number of people that are there during brunch in the weekend). All the plates are really instagrammable as they look relaly cute, but the taste wont disappoint you either :) poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and salmon are the best option if you are hungry. The pancakes are also really nice, maybe better to share with someone as they are suuuuper sweet (especially if you take the complete plate with whipped cream and fruit). I personally prefer the regular pancakes to the red velvet ones.

I wish we had visited Corner Bakery every day while we were in Amsterdam! I started following their Instagram feed leading up to our trip so I knew their food and drinks were going to be good! I was not disappointed!

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. It can fill up fast so make sure you get there early - 8:30 is good. Their eggs Benedict is just fantastic, and they do a milkshake with a donut on top!

Yes, you need to reserve a spot here (oniline) and yes, the deposit is deducted from your bill. Theres additional seating downstairs, very friendly staff, and very accomodating. Food was great, portions are big!

Corner Bakery is a very cute and cozy place to have nice breakfasts and lunchs! It was my very first time and I will go back for sure! THEY HAVE THE BEST MILKSHAKES IN TOWN! I swear! A must go place!

This is rating for the one on Whileminastraat:We had egg Benedict with avocado and toast.The eggs weren’t really poached but the had a weird shape of fallen eggs. The bread was not toasted at all but it was wet.The fresh juices are good.The coffee is good.The service is not so good.I had the unfortunate pleasure to go in the toilet after one of the kitchen staff and see that he didn’t flush the toilet nor washed his hands.Another funny thing that’s applicable for whole Amsterdam. If you ask more than 2 times for a glass of water they get angry. No matter how much food you consume there.

Great place for brunch and dessert! I had the salmon, pushed eggs and hollandaise sauce, and to finish, the red velvet cake. The salmon went perfectly with the modern hollandaise sauce and salad. The Red velvet pancakes were perfectly fluffy with just the right flavour and not overwhelmingly set. The side of fruit was perfect to balance off the sweetness. Would recommend both. I didnt have any of the freak shakes but can say that if youre a sweet tooth, Im sure your would love it.

Great place, Great atmosphere. May be a bit pricey but totally worth trying the freak shake! The service was quick and very friendly. Its a nice place to grab a cup of coffee and hang out with your friends and family.

Really cozy place with decent coffee and friendly staff

I came here to try the freakshakes as I had read good reviews. The shakes and hot chocolates themselves lived up to the glowing reviews, however the service was incredibly slow. From the time we were seated to when we actually got our drinks was about 1 hour which really isn’t acceptable. Probably will try somewhere else next time...

The sweet dishes, like the red velvet pancakes, and the freakshakes are all instagram worthy. Definitely worth a second visit.

Overrated to be honest. I didnt like the price for the value of product we got served. Stale donut and cookie on the freakshake. I must say that I really just tried it because of the hype. I personally loved their menu with the cute names and stuff.The place is cozy not the most comfortable way to sit I am not a big fan of sitting literally next to others.I got the unicorn which is a pink chocolate milk with whipped cream. I didnt really like the chocolate milk sadly enough.The home made cheesecake was terrific! Defenitly worth the price. Loved it very much.I am curious about their sandwiches and also their giant shakes so I am thinking of going back when the weather gets hotter.

I thoroughly enjoyed the best eggs benedict ive ever had, FULL STOP! Along with fresh grapefruit juice, unfortunately my girlfriend didn’t really enjoy her fruit bowl but i think after seeing my bacony goodness on my plate i think she wished she had mine! Above average prices but food and drink in amsterdam is expensive anyway so it was a nice treat! Thanks Corner Bakery!

Just correct. OK for the roll of pastrami...nevertheless the french toasts are too overloaded of cinamon powder, the capuccino is...a milk coffee. The pancakes are too thin, almost inexistants. Not worth coming back.

Went for a freakshake for breakfast omg it was beaut. Made with fresh fruit not a cheap powder you mix with milk. Topped with a fresh donut, lots of whipped cream, jelly sweets, fruit loops and sprinkles. Couldnt actually finish it all coz it was so filling but sooooo tasty. Definitely a must if visiting the area, the staff are really friendly too.

Very nice place for a delicious breakfast on a rainy sunday morning in Amsterdam. Never saw red velvet pancakes before but they were delicious. Served with a lot of different fruits for a healthy touch. Would recommend to make a reservation. Specially in the weekend.

Service to be heavily improved. No cutlery on the table for the first 15 minutes. Order was taken from us by an underage waiter. When we saw 3 other tables (who came after us) got their meals served and we didnt even got the drinks, we went to the bar to ask for the drinks. They didnt have a clue about our order and didnt even ask about the food order when it became obvious it got lost. Instead, answer from the bar was there is a problem with the computer. My wife got her coffee after 30 minutes and after 45 minutes we finally got our breakfast served. Food was very good. Fruit salad was fresh and tasty. Same problem when I wanted to pay - I was ignored for couple of minutes. Despite the excellent food overall experience was poor.

Delicious huge plate but I couldnt finish my pancakes. The unicorn chocolate was nice but we dont feel the chocolate enough for me. Otherwise is a little cozy place I liked it. That cute little name and the pink colour attracted me inside this shop and I didnt regret it. The price is worth it! You better go early because when I got out there was a queue in the front of the shop!

The food was really good but unfortunately the place was way too crowded and the tables were placed so tightly, that we couldnt sit comfortably. We got a table in the basement, which was quite cold and unfortunately a bit unwelcoming. I would not come back again!

Came here for breakfast this morning with a group of 4. The place was dead but the service was so bad. I’m sure if we spoke up the servers would have never come over to us. We asked for an extra minute with our menus, and it was about 15-20 minutes before we could flag someone down again. They only give you tiny little paper cups for “free water”, so if you want a bigger cup you have to pay for a bottle.The food was decent but I wouldn’t come here again.

This is an adorable cafe, breakfast place. It reminds me a lot of Barcelonas Brunch&Cake concept. It is the new hipster place. The interior is gorgeous, the food and coffee are great, and the staff is absolutely lovely, and the service is fast. The place is definitely a little pricey, and it gets crowded. So if youre here on a weekend brunch, expect to wait for a little.

Nice little cozy cafe tucked away from busy centre. Service was good. Croissant was fresh and crispy. Fried egg was spot on. Portions are generous. Coffee was creamy and good quality

Disinterested service. After 20 minutes, we had to ask for a waiter to take our order, even though people who came in later were being served. When a part of the order came, it was placed on the table of the people sitting (way to close!) next to us.Also, the owner was kind but made a very rushed impression.The whipped cream has no taste at all. Seems like mass-produced standard horeca stuff.All in all a pretty poor experience.

The place is nice, but the food was not more than mediocre. They dont pay attention on the details. To be honest, it doesnt even deserve the name bakery it doesnt have variety selection of fresh bread. Prices are far too high for what you get. Still it has potential, when its not so crowded.

While this is a bakery, I had the best salad (Vega Salad) ever! The shakes with donuts on top are their signature creation, which is very impressive, but most leave the donuts behind.

Service is extremely bad. Even though there were several tables available we got pushed around for space. Staff clearly done with the day already one hour before the closing time. 15 min before closing they were cleaning the table while we were still eating. Super unprofessional.Food was good tho.
