Excellent and polite staff in the hotel. Location is just 1 k.m. from railway station, E.V charges 40 or 50 rs only.I was there with my 5 month old daughter and wife.I request them for early check-in,baby milk and hard base for babies medicine everything was full fill by staff. Excellent property

The location and service at this Hotel is excellent,Staff is very well trained in their professions,all measurements regarding Covid are followed ,staff wearing properly masks,carpet is there in coridors ,House keeping staff is very well trained and polite, Restaurant is well maintained GSA Shiv is there to help and to serve is is very well know in his profession,valut car parking ,Spa,Fitness center is also there in nut shell Hotel is well maintained

Lemon Tree what to say , total disappointment from this hotel, first of all the when the traveler check in hotel they need a good room assuming its cleaned & sanitized very well but with this hotel , rooms architecture is really nice however bedsheets are tone, have stales, and they dont have spare bedsheet, whatever is coming from laundry the housekeeping team is putting that and very confidentially saying we dont have spare and hence whatever coming from laundry which is wet we are putting as we dont have option or use the tone /stales one. So we kept changing the rooms and story was same all over.Now next comes the food , quantity totally not worth the price. We ordered Bombay toastie and 2 white breads stuffed with aloo masala which gives the look of mini idli (4) thats all and tea is just pathetic. Breakfast has the same menu for 2 days no change, and then Chef came and chat with us asking hows our experience , when we expressed why menu is not changed or why there are no authentic dishes of Amristar not placed , he says Its a standard menu we keep the same , then we mention ok we will write an review , he says thats ok we have already informed our GM about this, so feel free and will try to improve but we need time.Pandemic is for everyone however all Hotels are trying to maintain the basic hygiene but this was not at all expected from LEMON TREE , this hotel should be rated below 2 star.To all travelers a big shoutout and big no to this Hotel. Please Please dont go with their false promised & sweet talks. Please rather stay in 3 star hotel which are good and people their will make your stay happy.

Its Very very awesome, arrangments are too good, but there is some issue in Lights, because some lights not working during the occasion. Rest all is very well managed. I given rating 9/10.

Location was good, room was spacious but faced some big issue, stayed for 1 day only but faced water issues in washroom 2 times and have to wait for 30-35 minutes. At the breakfast time maximum items got finished even before the cut off time and I got 2 samosa to eat and thats very bad. Disappointed!!

Stayed for two nights at Hotel Lemon Tree, Amritsar for weekend gateway to Golden Temple Visit. Cleaned and Swanky hotel with all sanitisation procedure in order. Nice location, easy access via Road, near to railway station and Golden Temple. Rooms are equipped with good quality gadgets and furniture. Polite and well behaved hotel staff, with quick response to needs.Infinity pool at rooftop is icing on cake.Special thanks to Mr.Sunil, for changing our room quickly, as was not happy with the room provided at first. He made sure to provide us with room as per my requirements for comfortable stay.Overall, had a wonderful experience Staying at Lemon Tree.

Hotel is good. Only one thing which bothered me that they offered you inside parking but it’s not true. Your vehicle will be parked in front of the hotel on the road openly.

Awesome food and pool and facilities. This was my first time in Lemon Tree it was a amazing experience. Few small things were missing like toothpaste & brush, bath slipers, door mat for washroom

I visited this hotel with my wife, We waited for 1 hour before check-in like we reached at 12:30 and got the room 1:30. once we moved into room its bedsheet and blankets are not changed we saw human hairs on bed sheet and asked to changed the room they have only one room vacate and that also need to prepare for check-in. then we managed with same room and it took another half an hour for setup. apart from this ACs are not working properly like we are not able to set room temperature as per our own need. rest food was good and pool water was in bad condition not suitable for swim.

We had a one night stay and we had an amazing time there. We enjoyed at the pool on the 5th floor. Rooms were good. Lunch and breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious ❤️ we loved every single item in the menu.Anjali at the front desk made sure that we are having a comfortable stay.

Nicely designed hotel.Stay was comfortable.Breakfast was also good.Goods -Room size of this are good as compare to Lemon Tree Chandigarh.Space is used intelligently.Interior is just awesome.Bads -they charge extra for toiletries such as Dental kit shaving kit etc. Not complementary.Cleaning was not done properly. We asked to clean the floor again.Shower gel shampoo conditioner handwash all are same liquid.Its good that they didnt say that this is a body lotion also. lol. Body lotion was given separately as a relief.Lobby was stinking. Need to dry clean the lobby carpet I think.Small pool and gym was also there.

There were few problems and issue with my stay here. firstly I had to wait for more than half an hour after staff confirmed that my key will be ready in 5 mins. Then In the room, TV remote was not working properly. cell were changed. No dryer was there and it took about 3 hours after calling room service.The worst part was that there rain flies all around the room.

Overall it great experience with lemon tree amritsar very well behaved and experience staff like Mr Sunil Miss Anjli and more over in dining Mr vishesh.

Very clean room . Linens are clean and feel very fresh. Gives you 4 bottles of water all sealed. Washroom is pretty big considering the price range. It is a bussiness trip. Room is very fragrant. Surprisingly all channels on airtel tv work. Bed is quite big as well. Slightly bigger than king size. Breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. Too many options specially for a vegetarian. Highly recommended!

Excellent staff. Rooms are neat and tidy. Worth the money. Quick response from front desk.Rooms are really pretty with lemon grass theme decor. Well equipped to make your stay comfortable. No noise at from near by rooms or the main road. Hygiene is not compromised. Just had little AC issue , try and talk it out while check in procedure so that you don’t have to change the room after unpacking your stuff. Overall recommend anyone who is traveling solo or with family. Rooms are well spacious. Bathrooms were too good. Property is new built and well maintained.

The place has become dull as anything.At the night the room got infested with rain insects all of a sudden n they were everywhere.If you forget something like dental kit or slipper don’t expect the hotel to help you they will charge you for everything.There needs to be some strict management changes at this pace as I’ve stayed at lemon tree before as well but things have changed to worse this time around.They are ruining the name of lemon tree hotels 🏨

The hotel is at a good location near to main railway station. I went to the restaurant. Menu had less variety than usual. I ordered paneer dish which was really good and had ample quantity. Service was amazing as well.

Good sized rooms and overall service was prompt. Basic toilet kit was not available neither they provided shampoo/conditioners in the bathroom (maybe these were available on demand, not sure). Breakfast spread was limited although thats ok in the given Covid conditions

The hotel is undoubtedly good. Its located on GT Road.The reception is magnificent.Rooms are very good.Bathroom is again very good, clean nd hightech.Bed is springbed. May not be comfortable for all.Stiff neck problem may occur.The only downside is that rooms are not soundproof.Other guests are clearly heard or the TV noise can be heard from other rooms.Food is of limited variety but good standard.Ambient dining space.

This is good hotel right aside Golden Tulip Hotel and approximately 700m from Amritsar railway station. The good thing about Lemon Tree is breakfast, very great food and room interiors, quite a contemporary design. But this hotel staff is somewhat bothering. Were asked twice in person by the Housekeeping staff despite do not disturb sign was on for room cleaning, also their front desk staff need to be more smiling and welcoming. Else this is good hotel. Ohh just check if you get proper hot water to all taps.

I have visited on 12th Dec alongwithfamily, the front office staff Girl was very cooperative. The hotel is neat and clean and room is also awesome. They have some parking issues but the staff managed it. However, the price is comparatively high. Nice property nearby Durgayana Temple.

Good nice near to road big room

The location was good not in the heart but on the outskirts as well. Its right there on the main road and easy to locate. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was tidy and super clean and it had every amenity you can expect from a world class room. Top floor houses the spa, a little gym and the swimming pool. All these were very clean. Even the changing rooms were very well maintained. Plenty of towels available at the pool and in the changing room as well. There was plenty of seating on the roof and even a cafe. The breakfast was out of this world and very fulfilling. The chef was very courteous and got us masala dosa and chole kulche from the live kitchen this is apart from the 20-30 items already present in the buffet. All of the food was delicious and staff was polite

Good location, courteous staff, neat and clean with nice modern interiors. The room are clean, well lite with good interiors. The lobby is large with welcoming staff. The parking is less but not to worry the valet service is there. Breakfast buffet is for 300 bucks with amazing spread. There is also 24 hour room service. The hotel is only 10 mins away from railway station and FRRO OFFICEand 15 mins from golden temple
