Got a aata chakki, flour Mill of this company. The machine had a defect and I complained for the same within one week of purchase. I was told that service person will be sent very soon but it has been more than a month still no one turned from their side even after doing several calls also. The company staff very also very rude and didn’t revert back properly at all and didn’t solve my problem. The company gives a warranty of 5years but this is their service in just one week dont know how will they provide proper service later. Pathetic service by the company n very rude staff and no proper response from the company.
