I had an issue with my mobile that Manjeet, Rahul and Navjod went out of their way to solve - some of the best service we experienced anywhere in India (they even brought us free chai)

The services are poor. No sitting arrangements. They may compel you with fraud deals by saying that its compulsory. Better call the customer care for confirmations. Beware!

Poor staff...poor services....thats why Vodafone idea suffering from losses...will never recommend Vodafone to anyone

Very poor service provided by Vodafone. Its been about 2 years Im trying to port my corporate connection to Airtel. Every time they had excuse to reject my request. They not letting me port out, change my connection to Individual or pre - paid. Network connective is also slow even JIO is way better than this in terms for network coverage.

Its not open at timely 9 am .they open the store at 10.30am .

Whenever I come to this store experience is bad . It always take 35-40 mins for the turn . Team here is real slow , they are least bothered in the work . Avoid entering the store if you have queries
