Worst owner I have seen ever.. never ever visit this property.. they thread for your life if u want to access any service of there.. they are worst .. location is worst you wont be able to find it in one time .. its in very corner and then if had arguments for anything you are gone they call there police who are theyre chamchas and they show u gun and try to thread u everyway possible.. worst worst worst experience ever... I would request everyone boycott such kind of place and never visit ever .. I will try to post photos and videos too regarding the incident happened with us.. be aware.. be alert.. and there are so many properties in amritsar in ranjit Avenue and Lawrence road go there but never go to this one...

Very bad resort with mediocre rooms, smelly bathrooms, horrible taps, no warm water, very costly food and not even tasty almost non existent wifi. Definitely wouldnt recommend nor would stay here again.even the bonfire was charged. Staff was courteous and helpful though. Water bottles were 100 rupees each and tea was 100 rupees per cup.

One of the best place in amritsar,bt its hidden for local people, because they only entertain foreign customers and guests who wants to stay their. Luckily i got chance to visit their with my friend circle,i was astonished after seeing dis place,its hidden gem in amritsar. Diffrent concept in town,nice staff,clean property. I would sugest them to open that place for local people also,so that they can also njoy the best place of amritsar.

This is the first time I stayed in the heritage hotel for the first time for two days in there best room which has so many facilities including breakfastat restaurant and the place so good and there staff is so humble.2 days back i had food from the restaurant food was so so good which is freshly made and I like it a lot I had lots of things and there Aloo poori is one of the best Aloo poori in all over amritsar and I had lots of thing if you want dining with your family its a best restaurant all over amritsar and I like it a lot here you can best time with your family and friends and I also tried there navratri thali too and this restaurant is a multi cuisine restaurant and I recommend you all to go and do let me know that you like it or not

What a wonderfulness place to stay when in Amritsar! Located super close to the airport, its a resort that offers a comfy village-like vibe. Friendly staff with good and prompt service. You get a room for yourself with all the amenities you can think of. Has a pool and a restaurant as well. Every evening, theres a bonfire that you can relax around with a few drinks and barbecued food. The chef is really good. Honestly, cannot recommend this place enough if you are coming for a holiday to Amritsar

Great theme based hotel away from city noise and clutter.. located on outskirts of Amritsar. Good for a relaxing getaway.Staff: Caring and courteous staff.Food: excellent... authentic punjabi food.rooms: comfortable... 4 stars for rooms.... named thematically, i happened to stay in room named “Massi da kamra”. then there are others like “Billo Rani da kamra” and more. But I would have preferred rooms to be a tad bit more spacious and rugs on floor to be way more cleaner.Overall Ambience: I think it certainly gives you a “pind waali feeling” so great job at that. The small central waterbody under the bridge could be maintained a bit better with cleaner water.Overall a great experience... i enjoyed it.. definitely worth a stay.

If you want to stay in Amritsar and really want to have a life of ur own, this is the place. Amazing property with wonderful staff. You feel like u r at home and this is where you want to live forever. In my whole travelling till date, this is the best place. Ample of parking space. Swimming pool, tractor ride, retro look restaurant, lounge, chess board, i cant name everything over there. I checked in late so the Manager left the kitchen open till 12 midnight. Staying in this property cant be expressed in words, its an experience.

A must visit in the city of Amritsar, you have to visit this place if you are in Amritsar. Their staff is super helpful ....very prompt and always available. Breakfast served is hot and very good quality, you get personal attention... no matter how much crowded the restaurant is.... The centre of attraction is the kite flying, tractor ride.....Turbans for men and Phulkaris for ladies...Chai pakora in the evening and camp fire in the night.Their theme is basically village, so everything that you find in a village, is handpicked and carefully chosen....with all modern amenities....All in all value for money....

Wonderful place. We were a group of family & friends on sacred vacation at Sri Amritsar Sahib. An ambience of an old punjabi village with decor and amenities matching punjabi culture were beautifully chosen & maintained. Antique utensils, charpouy, motor to have fun bath, tractor ride to nearby fields is well thought of & planned. We enjoyed a lot. Kids had real fun. Perfect location & venue to enjoy family time together. Recommended 101%

Nice Hospitality and kinda tempting ambience. Staff members are really doing his best to make your stay rememerable. But still its cant be at 4 Stars level of Hotel as comoare to services. Lots of basic things and buffet in Breakfast needs to be worked out.

Excellent ambience, good customer care and quite place to live. However very far from main city of Amritsar.. Food is exaurbitantly costly. The drinking water is also heavily charged Good surrounding for photography.

Its not a typical hotel but a different Ivillage theme based hotel. Serves the purpose of theme based hotel. Inconvenient location, since it is far away from the town but radio cabs are available. Service is good. There is nothing in the vicinity. In the endeavour to make it village themed, residents do not get the access to some of the good facilities. Toiletries need improvement. Limited menu available in the hotel.

Good hotel with Classic look. Food served is good hot and spicy. The ambiance is good and staffs are very co-operative. But its not easly identifyable and parking is poor. Seperate washing area is not provided that a good option. I think they are operated mainly with tour operators.

The property is at a very poor location (off the main road), the rooms are big but lack basic amenities - no hot water, rooms were cold and the heater wasnt effective, TV wasnt working and the maintenance team couldnt fix it. It doesnt feel like a resort (not even close) and the for the price it charges, one can get much better options (prominent names) in the same vicinity. Would have cancelled after first night but it was a prepaid booking so no refund. The front desk folks are not friendly.

Beautiful hotel away from the hustle bustle. Staff are all so friendly and efficient. Hotel has a car on hand to help with any incidentals and they can help arrange tours and trips. Gorgeous decor. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Has good wifi signal that can drop out intermittently.

While location might not seem great, it is actually perfect. We got increadible attention, with exemplary service. Amenities were perfect, and met all expectations. Hotel arranged transport for sightseeing - very comfortable luxury vehicle, and very friendly driver/guide.

Built on 1.5 acre plot, the place is neither too big not too small. Hospitality and cleanliness is amazing. Food is great. Do try their Amritsari kulche, they serve in breakfast.

Nice lovely place, must live in it .first on entering the property it feel to me very small property with just some touches of villages but when we have spend 2days here i have started loving it , first of all it stand apart because of its staff right from the manager mr.harry to all the people there which is so nice and courteous apart from that they have nice big and clean rooms, today it was raining in the day so atmosphere become cool so they provide barbeque in the open , good place to evade the hustle bustle of the city, though the property is small but good, food variety here though is limited the only thing i miss here specially in village type setup there should be some desi punjabi thali,but if told in advance they easily agree to provide you in advance , specially manager of restaurant is very polite and gentle .

Ranjitvilas, is about 7 mins from the airport and away from the city. If location is something that does not bother you then you definitely need to try this place out. Its service delivery is amazing. The whole hotel is based on the theme of a village of Punjab and so are the rooms. They also encourage you to take part in some of the outdoor activities....during the evening they have some hi tea pakora and tea served (complimentary basis), not to mention that they are Super yummy.The staff are overwhelmed just by looking at you. They are always eager and happy to go the extra mile for you, this place is a must try for everyone.

Really a great Farm House i visited ever in my Life. It is really connected with Punjab religion. When i checked in here i felt the pure religion of punjab. The Rooms are excellent furnished and decorated. I felt like my home is there.

I recommend this hotel to others primarily because it is an experience altogether different from staying in other popular 4/5* hotels. Moreover hotel staff is very friendly and is always smiling. However there are following things that one must factor in before booking:1. The hotel is quite far from the citys main attraction Golden Temple.2. Breakfast spread is unsatisfactory. Major items - kulcha chana, sambhar idli/vada. 3. No driver dormitory. They told me they have it but our driver had to stay in generator room....

Didnt stay here but has a rustic feel. Far away from the city so plan your travels as traffic is bad.
