The supposedly authorized dealers sent me a defective fridge, dented on both sides. When I asked for replacement, they told me that I would again have to pay cartage which I had already paid once when the fridge was delivered. At that point, I felt that since they had sent me a defective piece, I shouldnt have to pay again but they point blank refused and paid little attention to any reasoning.

Ok ok shop not the best. Rate heavy bargaining and poor delevery and instillation.
