Please avoid this place at any cost. They are scammers. Unethical Unprofessional and unorganized organization. They do not have a system to actually track your package. They are relying on words or statements without proof. Your package isn’t secure with them. They just lost our expensive package and are unable to spot it now. Instead of trying to do something about it, they are just making excuses after lying that the package is already delivered. I don’t Care about the lost money but these corrupt companies shouldn’t be able to just grab money and run away with it.

They Dont even call and then update delivery failed due to incorrect address in site. Irresponsible idiots

Worst experience they charged 500 rupees for 1 parcel and booked from amritsar for lucknow on urgent basis but they took 10 days to deliver the parcel.pathetic and worst service.

Very poor service .. Ranjit Avenue office staff does not know how to deal with customers .. total rubish .. and out of the box they dont deliver in e block despite of having office less than a kilometre away ..

Pathetic service...I used their service to send a courier from Amritsar to Jodhpur on 5th Feb....after 72 hrs when I got no status update,no response from customer care etc,I personally went to office to enquire...the reply I got was from a lady there oh humari Gaddi pakkarh li sales tax waalon ne...I mean really sales tax tum logon ne nahi diya...was that my fault...that courier was so important,has to be reached at Jodhpur by 10th...you people spoiled everything... pathetic service...shame
