Its ok

Horrible experience bought a charger from them which broke in 10 days and when I went to replace it I didnt hear anything from them for 15 days. After making them 10 calls finally they called me and gave the number of their service center. Service center people texted that your device is ready but when I went there they said they dont know anything about device and they dont care what text was sent and who talked on phone pretty much walked away from me and spoke in the most rude way possible.

I just had a private session on my computer with an employee at the store who had to google the information and study up on it wasting half the allotted time I was paying for. Very frustrating.
