WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!RUNAWAY IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION IF SOMEONE RECOMMENDS YOU THIS PLACEI would give zero star if it was an option. I did a huge mistake of going to this service centre. The owner is rude, abusive and physically violent at his best. He will be very sweet and be like kissing your feet before you give the repair job. He will first agree on a certain price for the service and then once the job is done he would ask double the originally quoted price. When i tried to reason with him, he became abusive and insulting and literally held my laptop at ransom. I am never going back to this crook and abusive man’s shop.I know in small cities online reviews may not be very significant. However even if one person can be saved from having such a horrible experience then its worthwhile writing this review

Awful place and filthy owner.Owner (Ajay Narang) is basically a hot-headed man with no knowledge of computer products he is selling. No standard prices of products, he charges as it pleases his greed. He is very abusive, rude and use extremely derogatory words for not only his staff but for customers as well! His behaviour is a true testament of his valueless and immoral upbringing.Went to get the RAM and OS reinstalled for my laptop. Before giving them the job, I mentioned that I will pay by card as I am not carrying sufficient cash and they confirmed there are no additional charges. I sat there patiently for 3 hours waiting for the repair guy to fix my laptop. Meanwhile Narang was seen to be constantly belittling and shouting at his staff for no reasons. Never would I thought he would woof at me for showing him his place.Nonetheless after the repair was finished, I went to the billing counter, and he handed me the bill. When I took out the card to pay, he mentioned that he will charge additional 18 percent GST plus 2 percent transaction surcharge. When I said if he is issuing me a bill then why he would charge GST on card payment and moreover why lied to me before of no additional charges on card payments when I asked before. I could have easily gone to the ATM to get the cash while I was sitting there idle. Hearing this he started abusing and threatening me that he will break my legs and destroy my laptop.Leaving his terrible behaviour aside, it’s just bizarre that crooks like him basically get away doing GST thefts openly!

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!Inflated product prices. Their computer/laptop hardware costs more than most of the shops in and around Nehru shopping complex. Their service model is the most unethical I have ever experienced. Gave them my laptop for service. After an hour got a call from them that it requires a new RAM costing Rs 2000 to improve the speed. Not knowing much about the prices, I said yes to the service guy. After collecting the laptop, I enquired about the price from shop next door and to my surprise the same RAM was selling for Rs 1200! Went back to the shop and spoke to the owner (Narang), and asked why he charged me more, and he started literally abusing me that if you cant spend that much amount then why bother using a laptop. Threatened me to beat me up if I dont leave the shop as other customers were hearing our conversation.It was a horrible experience. Never taking my business to them again!!

THUGS of AMRITSAR!!!If you have self respect then DO NOT visit this place.The owner is basically a goon, dishonest, rude and disrespectful person. the windows image on my laptop was corrupted and we agree on Rs 2000 cost to fix it. When i arrived to pick my laptop, he issued me a bill of Rs 3800!! He had put additional Rs 1200 as service charge and Rs 600 for a RAM. When i mentioned that i already had 8 GB RAM and never asked for an upgrade then he started shouting and verbally abusing me.. I told him to take out the RAM then he threatened me to break my laptop. I had no option but to shell out the demanded ransom! Never ever going to this place and recommend to anyone!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Can’t get any more worse customer experience then this place. This guy is basically a thug!!! I was there to buy the RAM for my laptop, and this elderly gentleman arrived to get the laptop checked which he bought from their place complaining of the sluggish performance lately. It was clearly visible from the pop up messages that it was infected by a malware. Instead of trying to fix it by running the Antivirus or reinstalling the operating system, service guy told the poor fellow that it requires a new RAM and SSD which will cost 4-5 thousand rupees. When i suggested the old fellow to first ask for a AV scan or a operating system reimaging then hearing this repair guy complained about me to the owner and owner literally started shouting and verbally abusing me. I was shocked with the owners behaviour and politely left the place.

OWNER IS EXTREMELY ABUSIVE AND DISHONEST!!!!I have never posted the google review before but visit to this place prompted me to do one.The owner of this so called computer hardware and service shop is the most unscrupulous and abusive person i have come across. He not only yells at his staff but he is extremely offensive towards the customers. I happened to be at the receiving end of his unruly behaviour when i went today to get the SSD installed in my laptop. When i came to pickup the laptop, Instead of expecting a better performance, they actually turned it into a piece of junk with unfixable blue screen error. When i questioned the owner how it happened then instead of apologising he started accusing me of bringing a faulty laptop and started verbally abusing me. Never going back to this place and recommend anyone!STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!

MISTAKE !!!Pathetic. My first and last experience with them.Gave them working laptop. Paid 2500 for Blue screen error and got my laptop back with wireless card not working.They damn care about customer experience.

Worst experience ever. Customers satisfaction is their least priority. Owner of the shop doesnt know how to talk and behave with customers.Just wasting customers time and making excuses for everything. Moreover their so called engineers dont know how to work. They cant diagnose any technical problem. Good for nothing people.

They dont even know what they are selling. Went there looking for laptops and the sales guy was not listening and tried to push old stock laptop to us. Will not be taking my business to them ever again. Pricing is also higher than the market. As other reviews are saying they dont know how to handle customers and are there just to make quick buck and leech off of the customers.

Bunch of Decoits. They replaced motherboard of my laptop and then behaved like laptop had that fault already.Pathetic service.

I bought a computer from Narang Computers it is fantastic and working very fine 👍 they install windows as well for free. This is one of the shop from which you can buy genuine computer parts with full guarantee and they give discount as well

Third class service. Dont even go for something as basic as getting your printer cartridge checked. Because they will damage it. They deserve negative stars.

The worst dealer ever. The prices are too high, always dupes their customers. Bought a hard disk for Rs.2400 which is being sold at Rs.1800. When asked the reason for that high price, the owner rudely replied Now the billing is done, go away . The worst service ever provided.

I bought my first PC from this shop when I studied in 7th class. Then, I bought 2 PCs and 2 laptops in later years. However, the service provided by the shop is pathetic yet expensive.Once I went there for repair of my laptop screen, they bypassed the graphics card and installed another copy of Windows 7 without asking or telling me. Later, they also charged me ₹400 for the same. I told them my laptop had perfectly fine Windows 7. I didnt need a new install. The owner understood they made a mistake. And told me he would rectify it. However, the cheater charged me extra ₹400 as service charges alongwith ₹ 1200 approx for screen repair. I didnt argue with him and promised myself, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.Buy from a place where they value customers.
