Worst service I have even seen in my life. The staff is totally careless. They will pick up your call and talk to their Co associates in the office. They will not listen to your problem. Really such a multi national company hiring a cheap staff that dont know how to serve the customers properly. And I am going to send a legal notice letter to epson headquarters to shutdown its operation in Amritsar. They idiots are careless. They will not help you properly.

Worst service center ever. Staff does not know how to talk. Engineers are inefficient. While trying to service my printer for a small fault, they first damaged the print head. Then spilled ink over the cover of the scanner and also broke the cover of ink tank. Later, instead of fixing or compensating they started asking for the charges to fix that. When I denied. they simply said we cannot fix it you can visit somewhere else.
