Starbucks is a well maintained place . It follows all the covid guidelines well. There is no entry without mask and they even provide masks to the customers who dont carry it. Temperature is checked before entry and sanitization is must. They sanitize the floor well. And offer no-contact delivery. I like there coffee ,my most favorite is caramel mocha. And i like there idea of writing names over the container. There ambience is very cool and staff is also very polite towards customers and they provide fast service

Starbucks Amritsar,The one thing I love and adore about the tata group was that it was the only place in Amritsar (Apart from Taj) that was following complete COVID protocols.Temp monitoring, no entry without mask, offering mask to facilitate entry as well as distancing the tables.Ordering process was simple as ever, and menus being standardized for incorporating local taste Buds.Love their coffee, coolers even the ice tea especially the hibiscus one and the Vietnamese ice coffee. The double chocolate chip shakeThe batista was kind enough to even suggest combo deal looking at the quantity of food ordered. If this isnt quality or standard I dont know what is.Cheers 🥂

A wonderful experience at Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. The coffee flavours being offered are sumptuous yet leave a craving from more options. The layout is clean, ample parking space outside, well laid out cafeteria/seating & quick service. Overall far more than satisfied.

Nice Ambience, they r taking care of corona rules. Outside d cafe u can get free mask ,bcoz its compulsory to have mask before entering .Its my personal opinion on dis post. As we all know starbucks is a brand, people found something good in it thats why its famous all over world. But according to me its just a simple coffee,they r just charging for brand name. Band chole price is 300..OMG. . U can get more tasty band chole in just 20rs. Thing is this place is for those who have lots of money,few bucks dnt bother their pocket.

Today we face the issue related our order it was taking too much time for them to take order and there were two counter but they were using only one so it was more inconvenient for people to place there order standing in line for half an hour.I think they consider us as we have the habits to make line for smaller things.But at least the my #mocha good as always.Overall a mixed exp

What a marketing skill 50% off on all venti sized drinks. Amritsar Starbucks is over rated. As if it attracted all heard from this city to their cramped place. Every other person is updating his/ her status with your drinks as if coffee has been established in Amritsar by Star Bucks. Amid COVID 19 this place has been jam packed with flock of people. This city has really cool places to have coffee other than this place.

It has its own aura, and the fragrance of coffee is loving.

Honestly, I never believed Starbucks would open in this town! But it did! It exceeds my expectations. The location is wonderful, probably the best in town. The café is built marvelously. The staff is well- mannered and efficient. And the coffee? The best Ive ever had. The only downside for yall misers is you gonna complain its too expensive. Well, I dont care cause its OP for me.

We had ordered caramel espresso but I didnt expect this much cheap beverage from a brand like a Starbucks. Espresso was full of ice which is very difficult to drink in this season so, we had to throw our beverage. Although the ambience was excellent and the location too but they need to improve their products quality in order to satisfy their Customers.

Bad service. Security guard have no manners to talk with customers and using product for coffee have low quality compare to other branch of Starbucks.

Over-rated and over-priced. Although Starbucks has a name in coffee world and the ambience is good for hanging out, but I would not recommend this place to a coffee lover. You really need to be a pro to order coffee here as its so over-priced and you may end up with a supermilky capuccino or latte. The staff is good and friendly

Never expected this thing from starbucks , I had to wait 45 minutes for my drink because they didnt had 1 ltr bottle packing at the store , they brought it in the store 40 minutes after taking my order and no one in the store said sorry or apologized even once for making me wait 45 minutes for my order , as a gold card member I was really disappointed for the first time from starbucks, I have visited many different stores of starbucks in the north India region , nothing like this happened to me ever before in a starbucks store .

Extremely slow service and no social distancing followed. Upon requesting employees to ask other customers to maintain distance and wear masks, was screamed at by fellow customers and employees for having that expectation, and that should not have visited in the first place. Extremely poor management, and a lot of noise because of the rush.

Zero ambience..seating is very uncomfortable.. lol wooden short chairs with no comfort ability. Place only for snapchat or other social media ..though some food items as croissants were good . My view point
