Highly disappointed..The bag doesnt look like how its shown in the picture. Sent bag for return. Its been more than 2 months I havent received money back yet. Worst online service I have ever seen.

Highly disappointedI ordered a bag online and the bag I have received , doesn’t look like a new one. It is all soiled and has scratches on the metal parts. It looks like an old, used bag.Above all, the phone number mentioned in the contact details, is not working. There is an option to chat with their customer care executive, but nobody responds. In brief, there is no way to contact anyone to complain about the damaged product and that whatever amount you are spending is being wasted. You end up paying in thousands for something which you cannot even use once.One doesn’t expect this from a brand like eské.

Worst leather quality, I spend 8000 on a bag and the leather didn’t even last a month, don’t fall for it. Not worth it
