I ordered the theme cake 1 day prior to my birthday. they asked me to send the cake design on whatsapp. I sent the design . They assured me to receive the cake on next day. when I called to received the cake and they said you have not paid .in fact they have not asked me to do this before and did not made cake for me . Guests was waiting at my home , but they spoiled my birthdayYou should have proper procedures to take cake orders . DONT SPOIL SOMEONES SPECIAL DAY

I ordered a cake after visiting their page on Instagram,,,,it was very bad experience,,,,the quality was so so,,,, colours used on cake were artificial to such an extent that they were not removed from lips and hands after washing it multiple times,,,and faced a massive insult from my friends and family,,,I wud never recommend it anyone in future,,,

Taste was good. but the cake i ordered was moustaches cake. moustaches started melting within few minutes and left black marks on cake.. and cake was looking very ugly. Even the upper surface of cake was not good even before melting. very poor service. Cake was not worth of its price.
