Not recommended surely.. but I do see some people given them top rating.. well I am not sure how and why. They certainly have pure gee what they claim.. but other than that I really not like their sweet. The people are in the Shop are decent and good but not sweet.. their Ladoo can be given a try.

I tried couple of places at Amritsar during my three days trip and food at Bansal Sweets was the best I had. If you want to have amazing food do make sure that you visit this outlet at Lawrence road, Amritsar. Do try their kulfi faluda in deserts. Loved everything I had and the ambience too was amazing. I would love to go back again and enjoy the food there.

Sweets and matri are delicious. But owner is bit rude... irritated. Need to know how to talk to customer patiently.

Good old fashioned sweet shop serving delectable treats. Pinny, Laddoo, Halwa etc etc. All cooked in pure desi ghee which just enhances the taste to a different level. Must try is Motichoor ladoo and moong dal halwa.

Staff is rude and don’t entertain the customers. They thinks they are the only sweet shop in the world. Went there from recommendation by a friend. Won’t suggest to others and won’t go there.

I ordered Panjiri from Bansal sweets using foodwala portal considering the good feedback heard all around for the quality but my observation is little different.the panjiri majorly comprised of whole dry fruits not even crushed rather than the basicmixture itself secondly its sugar content is very High as compared to others or what we make in home.I would not recommend it

Place is good . Specially its sweet I would definitely recommend it to everyone who love sweets and namkeen . Specially people who love rasgulla. My god the quality is good and I loved the experience. Its one of the oldest branch in amritsar my mother in her times use to eat alot from there .

I ordered Kaju barfi and there was a bad stale smell in Kaju barfi. Could be adulteration also. Bansals used to be good at one point, now they are expensive with bad quality. There are so many better shops in the city now like Goenkas.

I visited here today and must say that they took zero safety precautions. No one even checked the temperature. The sanitizers that they had put up were a mixture of thinner + water. You must not visit here and if you care for your life and don’t want corona.

Your puri is now compared with Kanha and you are no where near. Just taste all of your dishes and you will know the truth.

The quality and taste are very well but the rates are evidently high . Ive been to the store many times , sometimes I feel like the people who work there are not very welcoming.

Beat shop in town for sweets. They have moti chor ladu,pinni,patisa,burfi,dryfruit bhujia and all sweets. Prices are high as compare to other sweet shop but its worth.

You get the best mithais from Bansal Sweets in Amritsar.Their motichoor ke laddoo, pinni and khajur are my all time favorites!❤️Though, you get Khajur only during the festival of Lohri.

A friend asked me to visit this place and get Pattisha for her so I came to this place and was really surprised to see an average looking place with not so welcoming entry. But sometimes these are just mimics. The sweets thats what this place is famous for was simply too good. Slightly over priced but probably quality comes for a price.Thee panjeeri laddoo or Pinni are also good along with the gulab jamun. Even their namkeens are good.

Most of the mathai was good, servers are confused and do not listen. Bad cham cham. They failed the inspection a few months ago but still make many mathai items like pinni and moong dal barfi and many other items better than novelty and any other place in the city.

The service is a little slow as the staff management isnt done properly.Its ideal to go for other things rather than the breakfast menu as other places near to serve better than it.

Recently they opened a restaurant, where ambeince is really great but quality of food and service is just below average. Due to heavy rush, staff is unable to cope with load and here self service is only upto prepaid payment.Also quality of sweets served here is not as great as its used too in past..
