If google would have allowed me negative rating I would have given it...so poor the servicesI took my honda civic 2019 model 3 times for a factory fault i.e.fuel pump change that is global innitiative by honda and after all my fuel pump was changed for which i paid a heavy cost.All my car interiors were fully damaged by oil stains and no one bothered to look at it...and bo apologies from their sideInstead they try extorting money from you that pay half of the money for dry clean
Very poor service of lally motors. Unskilled staff, nver care about customer once they sold the car. My dealing with service desk staff is very poor. Kindly hire sm educated and diligent staff.

Used to be the best dealership in Amritsar but things have changed for worse , as currently there is covid going on , there were no safety measures in place nobody was wearing masks , no sanitizers or thermal checks. This thing aside there was nobody to attend at the service reception and when complained to service manager about same he was very casual about it. Gone are the days of premium feel at honda workshop its more like a regular service station now.

Worst service centre ever, we gave our Honda City car for servicing and denting painting, post service it was discovered that one speaker of front left door got damaged and is not not producing clear sound. Sharing the information with the service centre help desk they said they forgot to check it before service hence they wont be doing anything. Seems like their employees either damaged the speaker or replaced it to earn money and this Lally motors is in full support of them. Shame on them.If you have some shame left you can contact us and have our feedback again.

I own Honda City - 2014 diesel model with registration number PB02CL2103.The other day the car got jammed. Upon calling the Honda Roadside Assistance i was told that the towing van would reach me in 2 to 3 hours. I waited for 4 hours but there was no sign of them. I called them up yet again and i was told that they could not reach out to me and that they withdrew the service , so they will help me out with this the next early morning. But they did not turn up till 2:00 pm. So i went to the local service center - Prestige Honda , Amritsar. I was told that the Engine has taken up water. I was also told that Cars are not to be taken in Rain by the Prestige Honda H.O.D- Sunil Kumar Verma. He was very rude and impolite. I dont expect such replies from an esteemed company like yours. The service center tells me that the issue is not related to the parts but they blame it on me that i took the car in rain? Am I supposed to go out on my bike during rain? I bought Honda City to assure Quality but i am getting otherwise. The body cover of my car has broken down in just an inch of water. Is this the quality Honda is providing us with?It has been 2 years , there is a specific kind of fluttering noise i get in cabin. Upon Service , it did not go away. I also made various complaints to the head office but there was no progress with it. Please see that I am getting my car serviced and insured from the authorized service center mentioned above from last 3 years. Also , after a service the AC compressor was changed because it was creating some troubles. After that the AC is not functioning properly. I issued complaints regarding this problem too but i was hung up again. I am very disappointed with the dealing, behavior and quality of spare parts. As of now I would not recommend anyone to trust with the Honda India or buy the low quality parts for future.

I am writing to complain about my car insurance claim being rejected.On 15 January, 2017, I extended my car insurance (Honda Amaze, PB02 CG 0528) with your company after receiving repeated phone calls from your company’s insurance team because I have done all my previous insurance policies with Honda Assure. On 14 January, I fixed up a meeting with Insurance Agent Vikas at my office. He offered me discount on the gross premium as he told me that I am eligible to take no claim bonus. He further offered a free coupon which he told is worth INR 1000. He promised me that the car will be insured under Dep Cap (bumper to bumper) for next one year against which I gave him cheque of amount 13952 (cheque no 006777).I am very concerned that when I reached on 1st February this year to make a claim for a minor accident that i had in which my front bumper got damaged, I was told few days later that my claim was rejected because of ‘fake no claim bonus’. One week I was told that you can talk to senior Mr. Pankaj Kaura regarding my case. Since then I have been following up Mr. Pankaj, Mr. Harpreet about the current status of my claim but nobody is responding to my phone calls or messages.I am highly disappointed by the way insurance team has taken up my case & I believe it is completely unprofessional. I feel cheated & very dissatisfied with the insurance team.I am sure that the insurance agent & his team has made a mistake just for the sake of selling the policy. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim as requested.I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.Yours sincerelyPardeep Byala
