Worse doctor ever seen who always scare the family that your patients will not get recovered and this only because he want to make more money from them. I just loose my mom from this hospital. (Major Issue) Billing counter – Despite heavy presence of covid patients, staff behind the counter was not wearing masks. Rude, unprofessional.Few good professional people, but most others are unprofessional, less experienced, less trained. Thankfully there are few people who care enough to make a difference, namely Dr Jyoti (Quality control), Dr. Ravneet, Dr. Rajat, Nurse Ms. Shubh, Nishan Singh (helper).. if it wasnt for these people, I dont know how my father and I could have managed so a big thanks. Here are the things needing big improvement ... Dont expect the staff to show up immediately when patient needs them, during night hospital keeps 1 person per floor, and 1 cylinder of oxygen.. there were times when the oxygen was needed for my father to go to the bathroom , and they never had a second cylinder and had to get the first one refilled, during which patient can not wait. Most of the staff at fron desk, pharmacy does not wear a mask. Guys another thing do not trust pharmacy and nurse with medicines, verify the medinces and the bill, have them write the total on bill and take a picture of it.. Some one from staff stole a box of latex gloves from our single patient room, and before leaving I foumd a box of expensive injection tucked away that i was supposed to return to the pharmacy, had i not rechecked all the shelves, i would have been defrauded.Earlier when I had asked for a helper to come at night there was a helper who told me I can complain all I want and he doesn’t care, he told that they were all having dinner together although hospital authorities have instructed the helpers at night to have dinner at seprate times. Biggest issue during night time…Lights in the hallway are mostly turned down and all the staff is sleeping, if your need anything you would have to go wake them up . no one picks the phone at the desk. Finally a mix of good and bad... hopefully it gets better.

I called to get an appointment with Mr. Ravneet Grover. The lady on reception told you need to inform a month ago to get an appointment with him. I said, what if there is an emergency? She said we have another chest specialist, unko dikha lo. First of all, do they do it with patients who walk in the hospital physically also? Or this drama is just for calls? Second thing, if we have taken previous treatment from him only, why would we want to go for some other doctor? I am a Covid survivor with my lungs involved. I am feeling breathlessness, fever, and pain in the left side again. The attack has come back. But, my condition isnt emergency for them. According to them, I should wait for one month and then go to him! Absolutely rubbish!Long time ago, my cousin grandmother from London came here. No doubt, they gave her a great treatment, stabled her, and she flew back to London to her kids. It was her last time, thankfully they managed to let her fly there. She made a nice vote of thanks which still hangs at the walls of cabin of Mr. Ravneet in the form of a frame. But what is the use? If prior relations are over?What is the purpose? I am sure Doctor must not be aware of it. Because if he was, he would have given appointment. All I can say is, in case of emergency, if you want to be treated well, go to some other hospital because they will let you die for 1 month.Thanks for replying to my review. But I am fine now. After reading the reviews down, my mother is strictly against coming here. I dont know what has happened with you guys. This was a prestigious hospital, years ago when I got my grandma here. During covid, people are writing about deaths, miss communications, ventilator money minting, and what not! This is clearly giving second thoughts. And todays Experience added fuel to the fire. Think from the point of view of a mother who wants her daughter to be absolutely fine. Can you assure a mother and other people who come with the hope of life?.

The best possible nursing staff that can ever be exists in this hospital people. Best thing, you dont ever have to call any nurse, they automatically appear whenever needed. My mother was admitted for post covid complications. Dr. Grover attends to every patient to his/her satisfaction, listens patiently and gives full time. This increase patients confidence.A bit of training required at front desk and admin block. They need to be more sensitive to patients attendants state of mind.Overall, a good experience.

Pathetic people working at admin office. Especially Ms Monika, she’s extremely rude and arrogant. On asking her if she did the work she was hired for, she got irritated and unnecessarily delayed our discharge paperwork. She also charged an amount without any explanation and refused to let the patient go without paying the amount for which the hospital didn’t have any explanation.In these difficult times, the staff should do their best to discharge the patient as soon as possible so that another needy person could get the timely treatment, but no, they don’t have the brains to think this through.Only if people are little considerate.

I recently got admitted here for an absurd infection in my neck- a paraphernegeal neck infection which wasnt diagnosed correctly until I saw Dr. Ruchika Grover who was pretty accurate with her diagnosis & quick with putting me out of my misery thanks to the prolonged pain I had in my neck region. I was hospitalised for about 5 days and i couldnt help but appreciate the minute attention to details and safety protocols.- Very professional staff- Efficient round the clock and midnight Medical attention- Great levels of hygiene, sanitisation and cleanliness, my room was cleaned twice a day, dustbins emptied, washroom cleaned timely etc- The staff made sure to sanitise at every point and wore masks- Thankfully the air conditioning was great too- Helpers to assist with running medical errands are available- Doctors are helpful- They have several services and test provisions within the complex- Covid ward and general patient ward is segregated.Overall Id say it was a seamlessly good experience. If one is looking out for a secure hospital environment, this would be it.

Excellent doctor with worst admin system . Here discharge takes 9 hours after you are discharged. biling takes more than a day. And for insurance even if you are cashless you need to pay security while departing as they don’t know how to read the claim document . For medications bill you need to visit after 2 days as no one there know how to run the software except a girl who is part time.

Everyone is careless there. Every hospital should have trained staff ( who comes from Medical field and study) but they have hired most of the staff who doesnt even know about patients treatment process. Dont know if doctors ( consultant) are also come there only for making money or really for patients. My sister was admitted there because that was nearest hospital and till she was there, lot of patients arrived to be admitted on side beds but gone or discharged without complete treatment. We didnt realize that untill we have to suffer same situation and at last I lost her by while changing hospital. Dont visit there only to save money. Save your loved ones life.

Unprofessional staff as well as doctors. My uncle was there for one month he is passed away because it is not a hopital it is a business. They promised they did dialysis but actually they havent, whichafter they admit that it is not done. There are lots more to tell. If gogle have zero star will give them 0. I consulted here the cardiologist for my mothers heart problem. Worst experience ever. The staff was totally uneducated and they behave irresponsibly as if they are roaming in a mall n enjoy their picnic time. They make fun of the patients. They have nothing to do with the patient. The seniors doctors are irregular n didnt even saw the daignosis reports for 5 days and gave no medicine. The doctors will give you appointment daily but never come in the hospital to see their patients. NO PATIENT SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED HERE. THIS HOSPITAL DOESNOT EVEN DESERVE RATING.
