The worst store . One of the executive fooled my mom. She went to update adhar number kyc and she converted the number into postpaid. Thats also ok if its postpaid. But to complete there target added 4 different number in family pack without informing the customer. Every month in lockdown situation we have to struggle to pay bill. This is pathetic and is Vi giving this service to customers. Worst thing Vi !!!

Very nice and prompt service. Only genuine VI store in gadge nagar. The staff at this store doesnt mislead you unlike other VI stores.

This store is just in front of Government Polytechnic Amravati.

Vi is the worst service provider in india.i went to nearby vi office no one was available there at sharp 10 am to 10:30 am. Very pathetic service Provided by Gadge nagar Amravati vi office, no time punctuality, they dont care about customer . I have raised the complaint against this office.

Pathetic service. Went for SIM upgradation. The owner wasnt present in office. Only one employee was present and she was more inclined in pushing people away. (Due to covid) When asked about absence of other people, she arrogantly replied not to come on this store for any work go to other stores.

I went to the store for bill payment of Rs. 590/-. The guy took the money and said it will be done by evening. But it is not yet done. Its been 3 days. Also, the guy said he will deactivate the tune which i here before making any outgoing call. It was also not deactivated.I made a complaint against this store but I dont leave in Amravati so not sure how to track the store for my bill payment.Not at all satisfied.
