This agency license should be cancelled , they dont provide proper customer service even their gas cylinder are leak most of time this happened with me 2 times and if we complain their employees shout on customer , their service is totally bad ..not interested to give one star also , please dont buy any cylinder from them or change your connection best if possible

Worst experience with them never co-operate us from the last 4 years. Always gives a reason for not delivering the cylinder on our door step. They are saying to the customers that for this the office staff is not responsible. Where should we go for the solution now. Poorest behaviour of the office staff. Sad to share this review.

Poorest behaviour of staff, bad service, bill not give, intentionally harassing customer

Satisfactory. Home delivery system of gas cylenders needs to be streamlined and improved.

Worst service. We found the leakage in cylinder, called up the delivery Guy and asked for replacement. The delivery guy took in the cylinder and literally vanished, also switched off his phone. I also tried to reach Gas Egency but to no avail.

Very bad service not delivered cylinder proper time.

Doesnt replay or not responding by switch off mobiles and before time closes office
