A simple, yet good eye Care center. We went there during the COVID times and all patients were seated outside. Each was given a token number and called as per their number. The system was well organised and all the staff had PPE kit on themselves.

Akin to chaos, reckless as a couth and unprofessional to seamless boundaries. What seems to further more ironical is that the management choose to stay mum despite not taking into consideration the reviews posted here.1) Please write off providing tokens if you cant manage queue or people. It shows the clinics inefficiency in orchestrating horde.2) Dont take people for granted, they come down from different walks of life. When they ask you something - please dont respond to them as you do at your home3) this hospital and the wayward administration is just the same as I have seen back in 3 years.4) Please provide administration and nursing staff, training to deal with people on a monthly basis, so that it will, atleast, equip them to imbibe qualities such as patience, time managing, kindness etcetera !

Good behaviour. Ample parking space. But utmost crowded. No appointment facility. Very high consultation fee, i.e. almost triple the normal hospital charges.

There is a big delay to see the doctor. They give an appointment timing byt ut is just for namesake. There is no token system, so that you cannot expect when you will be called. Prepare to spend half your day here if you have an appointment.

Clinic was very crowded.The shocking scene was all seats were occupied and patients were not maintaining any social distance. There is no gap in between seats.(However sanitizer was provided. People were wearing masks.)Staffs were so busy that even after waiting for 10 min, I could not ask for token availability.

Worst service... doctors and nurses are not willing to hear patients... bit expensive also

Dr JP is good and friendly..If you have the patience to wait for his consultation. Then 👍! optometric staff was also nice...Waiting period is too long. I waited for 2 hours... 😑 patient-reception-nurse coordination can be improved!!

The place is fine. Some docs are good. Parking is satisfactory. If you dont have or have an appointment the wait is still long. Location is easily accessible

Staffs and doctor have no time to hear our issue. They just asks our issue and rectify in hurry. If anybody have so much problems to tell, then this place is not suitable. Also very costly.. basic fare is 500 for consultation.

Good hospital

Both my wife and I came here for a consultation as we both had conjunctivitis (cured in a few days since visiting the clinic). The receptionist, the nurses and the doctor all were very polite and professional. Im emphasizing this because I had a bad experience when I went to Gitanjali Eye & ENT hospital in Vazhuthacaud where the receptionist said some lame excuse to get us out of the hospital when they came to know that we had eye infection. Choose Amardeep over Gitanjali or other eye hospitals anytime!

It is located exactly at the busy junction infront of Peroorkada Police station. There is enough parking space to accomodate 5 to 6 cars. The hospital is maintained very neat and clean that, even the footwear is not permitted inside. On entry there is a reception as well as a waiting space with sufficient seating. I could even see a coffee vending machine placed there. The services are comparatively very fast as mostly the space is less crowded. The rates are also pretty reasonable. Cant commend on the quality of the doctors since, our requirements were very minor.

One of the only eye care facilities nearby Peroorkada and they give excellent service. Value for the money

Well behaved staff, the doctor explained to us what was happening with an eye infection case both my husband and I had for a week and then proceeded to give a prescription that cured us of the ailment in a few days.
