Nothing premium about this :( You have just the regular brands like Adidas, Nike, Coach, MK, Kate spade.., Staub.. Etc..We have Lindt here which is good.. But restaurants are not that great at all.The view of the Buddha is a plus point

For me with difficulty in walking,this place is perfect! A slope where i can walk without using the stairs. Theres a rosemary plants everywhere thats why the scent is good anywhere. You wont see any mosquitoes😁

The selection of brands is scarce compared to other premium outlets. It’s not too crowded, so it’s not bad to go on the weekends. If you’re looking for high end brands, probably better to check out Gotenba.

Its like an american outlet very nice but i have to say its more expensive than the american ones, also for westerns guys like me the clothes size its a problem so youd better try it before buying, the L size in Japan is between small and medium size in America.

They have amazing deals like 2+1 free on any product or 50% in most of the stores and some have at least 10% off. Many many great deals. Just come with a full wallet 😂

It’s a beautiful Premium Outlet Mall here in Japan just like the ones you are familiar with in US. But, wait!....it’s almost surreal to see a big Buddha’s silhouette with palm trees on the horizon!

If you want to have a shopping day on weekends you can look this place near Tsukuba.Most of the branded outlets can be found at one place

I have a love-hate relationship with this place. With the number of stores, you would expect to find more things, but this is not the case. Not quite the same as outlets in the US, but still enjoyable. Outdoor style, can be crowded. Avoid lunch time at the food court.. Its a mess, but enough varieties for sure. Play area for the kids is quite nice...but hot in the summer..

Vast area of shopping malls. Needs at least half day in there if you are a shoppie..

Good outlet, feels very modern and clean. A lot of good stores but not extremely cheap prices. I wouldnt go here to expect bargains as a certainty.

NIce place

Variety and good prices. I suggest to visit on weekdays. Comparing to other outlets, it is not full of people during the weekdays so I felt comfortable getting in the stores and seeing the goods at my own pace.There are very good sales of brand stores.The food court is so so, for me not too many things to choose, but there are also restaurants inside.The service in all the stores is good, typical Japanese style.

Probably not the place one would rent or take their car exclusively to visit. But a great stopover if one is in the vicinity and with half a day to burn. However if the weather is nice like in October and one has good company, it can be a really decent place to spend the day. Shopping is really nice, place is nice and relaxed. Not very crowded or haphazard. Some bargains are really good but again not sure if it is worth coming to find good bargains alone. Food is okay and there is unfortunately no convenient store. The vending machines are also not that great. All in all I enjoyed my time here on the way back from ibaraki park. Another interesting thing is the huge Buddha statue nearby. Makes this place a little extra charming and interesting!

Brand OUTLET of all the international and popular brands. Most of them are cheap because of different offers.

The facilities are beautiful and great, you can find famous brands with discounts. But, the prices didnt convince me compared with other outlets prices, so its not a muts. On the bright side, there are some larger sizes

Quiet on week days so a stress free walk around in the morning and no rush to get a table in the food court. A good selection of stores and good time sales - the 50% everything at Adidas was amazing. Great facilities, plenty of parking and lots of friendly staff.

The Biggest factory outlet outdoor mall. Although they have tremendously big parking lots..best not to go on the weekends. Usually a sale or two every week. Enjoyable especially on a non rainy day.

This outlet has a decent selection of womens fashion and other brand stories. Its open, so when it rains, youll need an umbrella going from shop to shop. There is some cover provided but its not guaranteed to keep you dry. Some bargains can be found

Its decent in comparison with the outlet malls offering the same brands back in the USA and of course the prices are higher, but this is Japan so that should be expected.

This location have great walkthrought and acces to good selection of restaurants or food for quick bites.

Lots of A brand stores with pretty decent pricing. Also, it is not as busy as the shopping malls can be.

This is one of the outlets which I like in Japan. Its huge compared to others in Japan. Theres food court and lots of stores. You can even see Ushiku Daibutsu from there.

This premium outlets have the usual popular brands but Shisui outlets may have a wider selection.
